I am in LOVE with this place, found it by "mistake" looking for roastbeef and pastrami sandwiches, and ended up finding all in 1. We went to eat ( all my family) and we were so satisfied with the price, the food and the customer service! The servers are super nice and attentive. We didn't know what to order, and they were very patient and helpful. Will definitely go back again!Just an extra: if you like onion rings, I must say this one's the BEST!!
This place gave me the most nostalgic feels?College days used to come here all the time since i lived down the street in Monterey park and grab the pastrami or french dip along with the chili fries. Open late and after all these years the pastrami dip was still on point. Open since 1951, 72 years running strong with their world famous pastrami?

Went on Thursday night around 7 pm and it was busy. The wait was not long though. I got the chili cheese fries with pastrami. This has been my go to for the past 10 years. It's so big it can serve 2-3 people. Seating is not the greatest. You have to get your table quick! This place is a must!
