Whenever I crave Mexican food at any time of the day or night, my choice would be Albertacos. They're open 24 hours, 7 days a week which is very convenient. Portions are big and worth what you pay for. You can either choose the drive thru or dine in. The place is clean and the staff are very nice and polite.
Honestly, the best asada/carnitas fries in Cali. The meat is fresh, flavorful, and juicy. The fries are better than McDonald's, as you can reheat your leftovers, and they taste every bit as good as when you picked it up. The breakfast burrito is enormous and freakin delicious as well.
