I was trying to order from drive through, but went inside cause I had to use the bathroom very badly and some young guy in front who said he’s been working there for 2 years was being very disrespectful and very rude saying I couldn’t use the bathroom and he was calling me broke but has no idea who I am. Then forced me to pay for a drink in order to use the bathroom. What the hell is wrong with this place I used to dine here since I was a kid. I will never be back at this place again.

This is a simple one... good to very good food, very courteous staff, good portions,and fair prices. I have tried many items on the menu, and all are at least good, and most are very good... so i recommend all...good place to visit...

I had bought food last night, it was a simple bean & cheese burrito & I got home to eat it. I took a bite out of it & saw it had a lot of mold on it. Please give me a refund & hope I don't get sick from it. Very disgusting !!

Ordered late night on Uber Eats app, food came rather quick, 30 minutes or so, however none of the order notes were even looked at. I asked for no guacamole and my food was loaded with guacamole. It even said no guacamole on the receipt that they printed out!

Really good 24/7 Mexican spot down the road. My go to order is a California burrito w/ a chile relleno. I wouldn't recommend calling on the phone to put an order in because the line is usually busy. It's a lot quicker to just go in and order. I like how many options they have especially since they're open 24/7. I also recommend the trio fries (carne asada, chicken, and shrimp fries) and the carne asada baked potato. Prices are extremely fair especially in this economy. Interior is usually clean and service is very quick. Would highly recommend when you have a late night craving!

Whenever I crave Mexican food at any time of the day or night, my choice would be Albertacos. They're open 24 hours, 7 days a week which is very convenient. Portions are big and worth what you pay for. You can either choose the drive thru or dine in. The place is clean and the staff are very nice and polite.
Food is delicious definitely recommend but the service was TERRIBLE. Young guy was rolling his eyes and sighing very loud when I asked a question. He even got mad when I told him he added extra things to my order We need the older guys back not these young disrespectful kids!!

We went through the drive-thru this morning and waited a while, after not being serviced in the drive thru we went inside. There were about 6 or 7 employees inside, most had headsets on to hear the drive thru ring. We still waited, they looked at us and said nothing. They even seemed to be laughing about it. Some were cleaning from what seemed to be because it wasn't done the night before. Someone finally came out to the register, with an open plate of food and was eating. He still did not greet us. Another customer came in for a mobile order pickup (or Uber eats), they were finally greeted by the guy who was eating his food, and we were still not greeted. The mobile order wasn't even ready either. After waiting a while longer and having a different employee come from the back and not greet us or say a thing, we decided to leave. It's a shame because we came here before and were served a pretty decent portion of food (although the person who served us at that time was rude but I shrugged it off). However, we will never return after this service. Even if night shift stiffed them by not cleaning the night before or something else caused a delay, I would have been totally understanding and would not mind waiting if they at least said there would be a wait. I've worked in food service and understand how things can go down.
