Great experience with the owner/operator tonight! Our app wasn't showing a coupon for a free pretzel (even though it was National Pretzel Day) and he kindly gave us a free one anyway. Such nice service!
My review is a little biased since I did get my pretzels for free (TMobile Tuesday coupons). However, we did spend a little money (as the kids were with me). Taste: 5 stars. The cinnamon sugar pretzel was so yummy. Soft and a great amount of sugar and cinnamon all over. Since Costco is next to the mall, I have to compare it to the churro that we've purchased so often from there. Excellent customer service! I've been coming here for years and the employees and owner are extremely friendly and hospitable. Pretzels made in store, from scratch, always on point. And they're always baking, so you never have to wait long for a fresh pretzel. Perfection! Stopping here is a must on my break.
