Prices sky rocketed just like everything else.I bought the pepperoni pieces in a cup that came up to $7.75, almost 8 bucks.It's not worth the money. Plus, they're hiring illegal immigrants. A young woman around her late 20s didn't understand any EnglishI asked her how much the pretzels she didn't understand and asked me to say it to Spanish. She's in my country so I don't need to speak her language. I got frustrated and left to purchase something else. I just might call the The immigration office.*hire people that speak English not just Spanish.

They’re great if they happen to be fresh. If not, they’re pretty bad. Pretty good customer service, though, so it couldn’t hurt to ask them what’s fresh.

It's an okay place to grab a quick drink but I'm not sure I would order food. I'm sure it's fine for the most part but I'm just a little picky when it comes to food safety/cleanliness and it doesn't seem like the employees they're attracting are the "cream of the crop."

Today at 410pm, the workers behind the counter didn’t acknowledge me or my mother. I asked do they greet customers they completely ignored me so we left you all loss a sale! We came to Pretzelmaker instead actual real customer service

Witnessed someone throw dough at another employee. It hit him in the back of the head and fell on the ground. They picked it up and put it back in the batch to be rolled and sold. Nope will never eat there again.

Excellent customer service! I've been coming here for years and the employees and owner are extremely friendly and hospitable. Pretzels made in store, from scratch, always on point. And they're always baking, so you never have to wait long for a fresh pretzel. Perfection! Stopping here is a must on my break.

Great experience with the owner/operator tonight! Our app wasn't showing a coupon for a free pretzel (even though it was National Pretzel Day) and he kindly gave us a free one anyway. Such nice service!

The last two times I've been here, they've been serving pretzels that aren't soft. I'm guessing that these pretzels have been sitting around. They're not fresh and that's a bummer. They've been hard, too chewy and tough. However, with that being said they do have a good pretzel rewards application, if you were to download it.
