I did the drive through and ordered my food was super fast. I paid and right after my food came out. Well I messed up and ordered it wrong. So I went inside and told them I messed up and so I paid for the difference and the manager there went and remade my food. Even though I messed it up she took it upon herself to help me out and make my food again the way it was supposed to be done if I had ordered right. Reason I won't recommend this pollo loco employee was very rude person her name it's blanca F I so please pollo loco teach them... like in n out employees food was ok... Not woow

Food is always delicious, customer service is always good. No issues from this particular restaurant regarding taste of food. I ordered the chicken and cheese bowl, flavor was good, didn't provide enough shredded chicken (1/2 spoon of chicken) for the amount of rice and beans given (two spoon fills of each).
