The fish is very good. The online platform and business end, not so much. I was a member for 2 years and the percentage of wrong and careless mistakes was too high: orders filled incorrectly with wrong product or wrong amount in shipment. Also quite a number of times they presented frozen fish for the shipment. Surely I don't need them for frozen fish. Prices increased beyond expectations, especially when they took $20 in advance just to join and paid in higher lump sum renewals...read full review
We absolutely love our weekly Reql Good Fish delivery! Incredibly fresh local fish, great variety- sometimes things you can’t even get in stores. What an awesome way to try new fish and appreciate the incredible bounty of our local ocean.

I've been subscribed since 2018. Since then, there have been a few improvements but a lot more regressions which feel like cost-cutting measures, and I've fallen out of love.
