“I had a great meal at Everest Cuisine. I ordered the lamb Rogan Josh with garlic naan and the chicken chili momo. The momos were super flavourful and the and the lamb was super tender
The host (owner?) was super friendly - another reviewer mentioned waiting a while for the momos, which was also the case for me, but I was offered some tea and a small mango lassi which were both delicious.
On top of everything, they’re open until 1am which is super rare for a great restaurant. I came in at 10 and the inside was busy, but luckily I didn’t have to wait. They have heated outdoor seating as well.
I’m definitely coming back again, the food was amazing and being open until 1am is a huge plus. 10/10”
“Got a burrito was really good. Our server , Sylvia recommended a margarita…it was great. So…great food, great drinks and great service.”

“Hands down some of the best Sichuan Roasted Fish I’ve had. The fish is perfectly tender, soaked in a rich, numbing broth that packs a serious punch. I loved the variety of toppings—the cauliflower and bamboo shoots are flavor sponges. Large portions make it perfect for sharing.”
“if you're looking for a well-rounded hot hotspot, then this is the place because they have amazing options for meats, veggies, and sauces! Most importantly for me in determining if a spot is fire would be the soup base - which this place has really good ones. at first, I was pretty skeptical about the tea being infused with my soup but if you are a spicy lover like myself you know the feeling of feeling really bloated or heavy after a meal with the spicy soups. because there's tea in views, I feel like it cuts out some of the fat, and it makes your meal that much more enjoyable.
their service is attentive and quick/their ordering workflow is through the qr code which cuts out the time of waiting. The downside I've noticed after coming here a couple times is that sometimes they do run out of stuff (meats/noodles/veggies) but for the more popular options it has been consistently available.
10/10 would recommend this spot for friends/couples/solo dining. I think the place is a bit smaller so sometimes fitting a stroller and or smaller kids might be harder but doable.
there's no private parking lot, but there are a lot of public parking lots nearby - thats short distance and street parking as well.”

“My first time being here, I got the chicken biryani and it was delicious! My server Kruthi (sorry if i spelled that wrong) was also very sweet and attentive. I‘ll definitely be back!”

“Best tacos in Mountain view right now, I order cabeza and chorizo and add pineapple there are too good I have to stop by twice a week sometimes, the chicken tacos are also good, I call ahead because they get very busy and also because I call at the last minute.
Los mejores tacos ahorita en Mountain View
It is a gas station with limited parking there ara a couple of tables and chairs but it's mostly to go.
The green salsa is the best, super spicy if you don't like spicy don't even try that one, the one on the top right corner is the nonspicy.”

“Every time I visit GK Pastry in Mountain View, I usually get the jalapeño cheddar bread (so satisfyingly good, toasted or not), but this time I tried the tomato cheddar bread—crunchy exterior, soft and chewy interior. Awesome toasted. My other go-to is the chocolate jar cake. The chocolate they use is delicious, not too sweet. This time I had the mixberry jar cake. A nice, change-up. Never disappointed. Definitely try and support this local bakery! They opened a new location in Los Altos, too.”
“Pricey. But very high-quality. Had a CHICKEN CHOLULA, very tasty, a little bit spicy, enjoyed it. If you get the clam chowder (which is great), they’ll give you toasted pieces of sourdough with it. But if you rather have soft instead of toasted pieces of sourdough, just ask them.”
“This is our go to spot when we are in town for an amazing ice cream I would recommend this place to everyone if you’re with the family , traveling by yourself or taking someone special . The staff is great it’s always clean and the service is wonderful! Just a great all around pick for a delicious dessert spot !🍨”
“This is a cozy, homey Michelin-starred restaurant. The food is delicious overall, with a clever blend of flavors. The smoked steak is particularly outstanding! It has a rich smoky flavor that leaves you wanting more. It’s also a great place to celebrate.”
“Zareen’s. Is. Amazing.
This place has the best Mango Soft Serve, best Mango Lassi, and best Sheermaal I’ve had in the US.
The food, vibe, and personality of the restaurant are unmatched in the entire bay, nay, even the entirety of America.
My family and I are foodies, and I attest that this place is a must visit in the Bay. This is personally my favorite location but any is amazing.
If you’re reading this and debating on going/bringing your family/visiting for the first time, just come. I am telling you that you won’t be disappointed.”
“The food was incredible. I wanted to order almost everything on the menu. So will have to come back at least couple more times to try everything to look good and we couldn’t order in one night. Our old fashion cocktail and blackberry Mojito were perfect. And I can’t say enough about considerate, professional service.”

“Have been regularly going to this taco truck for 2-3 years now. Their food quality is amazing and has consistently impressed me. Definitely a fan of both their red and green sauces, but personally love the red sauce the most. The family that runs the truck is very friendly welcoming! Highly recommend the vegetarian burritos and quesadillas”

“So good, high-quality, and fresh. I ordered two steak burritos with everything. The salsas are insanely delicious and spicy. The steak has an almost Argentinian asado fire-pit-style flavor. I love it. I loved the sweet, grilled onions and Serrano peppers that came as a side. Thank you guys for committing to making a great meal.”

“This is my absolute favorite place for catering big parties! Every time I host an event and order from here, all my guests genuinely appreciate the food and ask where it’s from. That says a lot.
The quality is always consistent — which is so important when you’re catering for a large group. The taste, freshness, and presentation never disappoint. On top of that, the quantity is generous, so you don’t have to worry about running short when hosting.
I’ve tried other Chaat Bhawan locations and similar restaurants, but this particular branch stands out for me. The flavors are just right, the service is reliable, and the overall experience gives me peace of mind every single time.
Highly recommend for anyone planning a party or gathering — they truly make hosting easier!”
“Delicious food, deverse menu, and very fast service. I have nothing to complain about.”
“Our family went to the downtown MV Pokéworks on Friday afternoon to do take out and were delighted to find this location on Castro Street nicely blocked off, shaded, with ample clean and widely spaced seating if you want to dine-outside. Really highly recommend this location of Pokeworks - you can order&pay online and the manager of this location is meticulous about safety and YUMMY food. They even have the Disneyland DoleWhip for dessert 🤤.”

“I tried Seasons Noodle and Dumpling Garden, and this place definitely surprised me in a good way.
I’m not usually a noodle person. What I know about noodles is either the wok style ones I used to eat back home in Egypt or simple instant noodles at home. That said, this spot changed my perspective. The noodles here are handmade right in front of you, and you can really taste the difference. Fresh, well-textured, and done properly.
The place is very busy, which is usually a good sign, and overall the service moves fast. If you order a broth based noodle dish, it comes out quickly and is served hot, which is great. The issue comes when one person orders broth noodles and the other orders a non broth dish. Those take noticeably longer, and by the time they arrive, the broth dish is already cooling down. That takes away from the experience when you’re eating together.
Because of that timing gap, I’m taking one star off. The food quality is strong, and the handmade noodles are the highlight, but better coordination between dishes would really improve the experience.
Still, if you’re into fresh, handmade noodles, this place is worth trying. Just keep the order timing in mind.”
“Absolutely love this place! Atmosphere is chill (except on 49ers game days, when it’s FUN), Antonio the owner has incredible taste in music and amazing knowledge of wines, and the small plates are delicious. Best wine bar in the area - but a fun place to have a snack too!”
“We had a wonderful dinner here, with boiling beef and pumpkin cake. We also got the beef bun. All were delicious. We love the atmosphere and deco inside. There’s also free ice cream! Highly recommended for anyone with young children, or those who enjoy a good atmosphere - it feels like a real restaurant in China. Highly recommended!”
“This Papa John’s here goes above and beyond for people, especially their night crew. The manager will do anything and everything to make it right. Anna in the kitchen is an amazing cook. She takes her job very serious and make sure every pizza is done to perfection. not to mention how clean the store is when you’re there I would definitely have this pizza 🍕 more often and this is towards the nighttime crew and manager”
“Very friendly and attentive wait staff. I ordered a glass of wine and before I had a chance to finish it a fly decided to take a bath in the glass. The glass was promptly replaced with a fresh pour.”

“This spot is definitely one of the best around! The drive-thru moves smoothly, even during those late-night cravings. Every time I’ve come through, the customer service has been top-notch, friendly and efficient. As for the food, it’s always been on point. Never once had to return anything or toss it out,
now that’s saying something!”
“We went here with our 1 year old and it was a great experience! Staff was very friendly and the ambience was good too :)
We tried the heart attack sushi and the mango crunch sushi and both of them were very tasty.
Would definately recommend this place!”

“The popcorn chicken and drinks are legit, no complaints there. The only thing holding this place back is the staffing. It gets seriously slammed during peak hours and there just aren’t enough people to keep up. Hire more staff and this place would be a solid go-to”
“This tea cafe has been around for a while. I like the quality of the green tea and the location in the Downtown Mountain View makes it a good place to visit after a meal. For a long while, it has more reasonable and lower price than other boba tea shops. Lately its price has unfortunately increased too.”

“It is really tasty food. The broth I think is eapeciallly tasty.
To start I think it’s pretty quick to get a seat, even though the restaurant seems quite busy. The service also seems quite quick and you order quite fast. Seems like there is also a lot of customization available on the menu for the noodle. Once we ordered it wasn’t too long till we got the food.
Overall the food is really good. Texture of the noodle is good, flavouring is good, and spice level is good as well. I didn’t think it was too spicy which was nice.
Pleasant experience”
“I love this place so much, I cone very often, especially when I work full shifts because my job is very close to the point I just walk to it.
Every time, no matter the circumstances food is great and so is the service.
On Tuesday I called for a pickup order at 3:05 and without any hesitation they filled it and had it ready so fast, food was warm and just delicious. They close at 3:30 so they could have easily told me no, or just could have been not the happiest, but the complete opposite! They are always happy, very friendly as well. I love this truck so much, and you guys are very genuine, humble people. Thank you for always making a great meal, and keeping a smile on your face! You guys are the best! Have a good day :)
Btw I have not had a bad meal at all here! Everything is so good!”
“I just found this place very luxury coffee shop /bar /restaurant
It'sa separated from Maxwell hotel but probably a part of it with different intrances ,I was mistaken this place for a hotel didn't know there is a coffee shop and restaurant here ,check it out you won't regret it great for romantic dates in front of fire pit or fountain ⛲,or inside with live music every Fridays/ Saturdays”
“Was looking for dim sum in Mountain View so this Castro Street location fit the bill.
Pros: Ample free parking behind the restaurant and plenty of seating for our 11 am arrival today (Saturday). Was fun to have the traditional cart service for dim sum again. Service was friendly and efficient. Good variety of dishes.
Cons: Most of the food was cold! That was disappointing. I guess it’s one of the trade offs of cart service.”
“Love their foods, so delicious and fancy will bring my family & friends there again!!”
“A good Chinese restaurant with above average food. We tried the cabbage and pork boiled dumplings, the steamed pork soup dumplings, and the pan fried pork soup dumplings. The pan fried soup dumplings were the best – good flavor, crispy bottoms, and juicy soup inside. The boiled dumplings were only okay. I thought the pork filling for the boiled dumplings was a bit musky, and I found a piece of gristle in one dumpling. The steamed pork soup dumplings could have used more soup but were otherwise fine. We also ordered a side of cucumber salad, which was decent overall but a bit salty and garlicky. The service was brisk and professional. They brought us rice for no extra charge – a nice touch. We thought the atmosphere was pleasant overall, with warm lights and plants.”

“This place came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. I went on word of mouth without discovering it was cash only. After a little hunting and finding several ATMs on Google Maps missing or broken, I was able to get cash at Bank of America.
I came for the Baked Pork Bun, but also tried the Egg Custard and Red Bean Paste Mochi Roll.
The Pork Bun was HUGE, and the best I have ever had. The owner gave credit to the dough being mixed by hand rather than machine. One is intended to be a meal. I was worried at its size it would fall apart, but it held together. Light, fluffy, and delicious. I was a little concerned when it was taken from rhe warmer and put in a microwave for 15 seconds, but it did not negatively impact the result as far as I could tell. BEST EVER!!
The mochi was more tender and soft than I have ever experienced, and in the most wonderful way. I am used to stretchy and chewy mochi. This was mlre delicate and silky. They look haphazard, but the texture and flavor completely makes up for it.
The Egg Custard was much mlre like a flan in a French pastry as opposed to what I expected of a South Asian Egg Custard. I expect if you like flan, it was good, but my preference is the variety that is more like sweet red bean paste than flan.
I wish I had taken pictures before I ate it all.
I look forward to going back again soon!”

“10/10 experience!! If you are looking for amazing sushi in Mountain View, this is the spot! Joy Sushi is a true hidden gem. I ordered a takeout meal consisting of special rolls and a sashimi box, and the quality was outstanding. So yummy and fresh! On top of the great food, the service is excellent;they are so kind and thoughtful with their preparation.”
“Came and got a super burrito and it wasn't bad but I honestly don't remember much about it. They're parked up on the curb where the car wash is so no parking lot but you can park on the street but be careful when crossing because people drive a bit reckless in the area and aren't paying much attention.
I want to come back and try their tacos so may provide an update if I get the chance.”
“Ended up going here on a rainy day. Located on Castro St, was very central, plus the place has a very nice vibe. The Somm was actually very helpful and really made sure we enjoyed what we were drinking at night. A friend tried the flight which then followed with more and we enjoyed the flatbread which came piping hot from the kitchen.”
“Ordered an eggless chocolate hazelnut cake on a very short 2-hour turnaround, and they handled it so well. He took the order patiently, prepared it on time, and the cake was fresh, soft, and rich without being overly sweet. Everyone genuinely enjoyed it. Great service and a solid eggless cake option in the Bay Area. Would definitely order again!”

“O’Malley's Sports Pub has the kind of vibe where you can just kick back and relax. Plenty of TVs, so no matter where you sit you won’t miss a play, and the atmosphere is friendly without being over the top. The drinks are solid, the food hits the spot, and it feels like the kind of place you can hang with friends for hours. Definitely a go-to spot when you want good pub energy without any fuss.”
“I stopped by this little Mexican/Salvadoran taqueria not expecting much and left already planning my next visit. First off, los camarones empanizados were cooked exactly how they should be. Crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell it wasn’t rushed. The seasoning had that homemade taste and delicious.
The ceviche tasted incredibly fresh. Bright lime, clean seafood flavor, crisp veggies. I added some tapatio to it and it was perfect! It didn’t taste overly processed or drowned in sauce like some places do. It felt real and refreshing.
Love it! Can't wait to go back”
“Was excited to try Tony Gemignani’s “Apricot Fields” slice (exclusive to Mountain View), and he did not disappoint. Chalk up another winner that went great with our Cal-Italia, and the Wise Guy. A little Hot Honey and extra fig preserve allowed us to add a custom touch as each desired. Can’t even complain about the wait for a closer Slice House, because I know Tony Respects the Craft too much to rush any location before they are up to the highest standards. Bravo!”
“I stopped by this food truck one evening for dinner, and as a big taco lover, I try to visit taco trucks or taquerias whenever I can. This truck is located in a gas-station parking lot—actually a fairly large, open space—and the overall setup felt tidy and well maintained.
One thing that gave me slight pause was the salsa and garnishes (lime, cucumber, radish) being kept uncovered and placed close to the road, with cars constantly passing by. I’m not entirely sure about the food-safety aspect there. That said, the truck itself looked clean and organized.
I ordered four tacos—two al pastor (my all-time favorite) and two chorizo. The tacos were served quickly, and I could see the rotating spit for the al pastor, which is always a good sign. The tortillas were proper corn tortillas, and the tacos came with grilled onions and jalapeños on the side. Everything tasted good and satisfying.
They also offer other items like tortas and more, but for me, tacos are always the first choice. While these weren’t the absolute best tacos I’ve ever had, they were still very enjoyable. My standards are admittedly high since I’ve eaten street tacos in Mexico City, so take that into account.
That said, this is a solid taco spot, and I’d definitely recommend stopping by—especially for the al pastor.”

“We had the most amazing dinner at the restaurant. We were there all weekend. The staff is amazing. The food is out of this world. If you are in the area, you must stop there thank you. I’ve never eaten such an amazing pasta dish and I love Italian food and you guys nailed it and let’s not even start with the lamb chops. Omg. I need to come back again soon.”

“Had open availability for Valentine's Day through this app for reservations. Had a Valentine's Day menu along with their regular menu. I really liked the pesto pistachio shrimp pasta (so sorry I don't remember the name). We were seated in a nice spacious booth. I really liked the privacy and intimacy of it. The total price for our meals were cheaper than a more popular restaurant I would say & the food and atmosphere was way more nicer than other places.”
“This was my second visit to Hyderabad Dim Biriyani and to my surprise the food was so much better and well prepared. Our mutton curry was little undercooked but once we mentioned about it the owner right away took care of us. I wish if they can make their naan for $4.—-little bigger. Also they should give some extra napkins to the customers so that they don’t have to ask for every little thing. I will recommend you to go and enjoy the food. It’s always good to complaint to the owner/manager so that they can take care of you and rectify if there is something wrong. #papihanandy”

“Thin bread from the outside and full filling stuffed inside! Fresh pickles and veggies so yummy! I like the spreading pate it so mild and tasty! Recommended saigonsignature number 6! I like brown sugar boba for the drinks! It’s great to go along as combos! I must try!”
“I ordered my lunch from this place through Uber Eats, and the pork gyro was absolutely fantastic. It arrived hot and freshly made, with everything perfectly balanced — tender, well-seasoned meat wrapped in warm pita bread along with fresh tomatoes, onions, tzatziki, and fries. The portion size was just right — filling without feeling overly heavy. I really loved it and would definitely order again.
To finish the meal, I also tried their frozen yogurt with honey and baklava. The portion was a bit large for me, but the yogurt itself tasted genuinely like yogurt rather than being overly sweet or sugar-loaded. The addition of honey and baklava added a nice layer of flavor and richness. Next time, I might try the plain yogurt for a lighter option.
Update: went back for a gyro bowl. Very feeling and refreshing. Finished the meal with some Greek style donuts. They were warm and soft and very little on sweet, although soaked in syrup. A must try.”
“Wonderful little place! The chilaquiles were amazing! We also ordered the Huevos Rancheros which were also very good. If you had to pick only 1 dish, I would recommend the chilaquiles with green salsa. We ended up adding the linguisa which was cooked perfectly. I would also recommend the Marzipan Iced coffee. This was soooo good.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place! Definitely would come back to try other items”
“The food was so good.
My husband and I made a quick lunch stop here and we weren’t sure what to order. He is vegetarian and I’m not. The owner was very sweet and accommodating. She offered us a couple of choices on and off menu so we could enjoy her food. It did not disappoint. Everything was flavorful and reminded us of our time in Mexico. We’ll definitely be back and maybe even bring some friends with us too. 😊”
“I’ve been here multiple times, and every time I find myself wondering why I ever go anywhere else for coffee if C&W is simply the best. I’ve tried a variety of espresso-based drinks, and the Americano and latte are absolutely top-notch. The food is always fresh and tasty, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!”
