“Got a burrito was really good. Our server , Sylvia recommended a margarita…it was great. So…great food, great drinks and great service.”
“Lunch with good friend. He is vegetarian. Excellent selection of northern Indian cuisine. Highly recommend salmon dish. Grilled to perfection. Patio dining available to bring your furry friend. Enjoy 😉”
“Wonderful Sunday lunch last week. The fried cauliflower florets starter was great. Nicely fried, not greasy with a good thick pesto labane sauce. We loved the muhamarra with the fried pita strips. Had some the next day and it was still fantastic. The chicken pita sandwich was good. My chickpea salad was tasty, but I wasn’t expecting the chickpeas to be so firm. The chocolate babka was great, not too sweet. The staff was attentive and the service was prompt. Nice atmosphere too, casual and welcoming.”
“Love their foods, so delicious and fancy will bring my family & friends there again!!”
“The food was incredible. I wanted to order almost everything on the menu. So will have to come back at least couple more times to try everything to look good and we couldn’t order in one night. Our old fashion cocktail and blackberry Mojito were perfect. And I can’t say enough about considerate, professional service.”

“Love our little coffee shop in the neighborhood :)”
“Welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff, and wonderful food!”
“Definitely the paella and the desserts”
“Katsu is a refined, intimate omakase experience that redefines what it means to dine with intention. With only eight seats at the chef's counter, the chef-owner, Katsu Maruyama, treats everyone as a special guest.
The omakase menu evolves with the seasons; the meal's pacing is thoughtful, allowing diners to savor each bite while engaging with Chef Katsu, who shares insights into his techniques and ingredients. The fish is incredibly fresh (often flown in from Japan), and the rice is perfectly seasoned.
The atmosphere is calm and minimalist, allowing you to focus entirely on the food.”

“The overall experience was good, the food was tasty and the flow for Omakase was decent. We added the Uni which total per person was $200. I would love it if they add a few more nigiri to the Omakase menu alone is $150 per person. Is it worth it? Maybe for special occasions.”
“Pricey. But very high-quality. Had a CHICKEN CHOLULA, very tasty, a little bit spicy, enjoyed it. If you get the clam chowder (which is great), they’ll give you toasted pieces of sourdough with it. But if you rather have soft instead of toasted pieces of sourdough, just ask them.”

“While being a small restaurant (it's pretty much a kitchen only with outdoor seatings), the food is absolutely delicious! Arguably the best chicken Tikka masala I have had in San Jose. I have brought some of my friends here and even they had nothing but great reviews for this place.
Update: I can strongly say that the chicken tikka masala, chicken boti sizzler, and mango lassi at Zareen's are god-tier. I have taken many people (both Indians and non-Indians) and so far, I dont think I have met anyone yet who disagrees with me on this. It's soo good that one of my friends, who wasn't a fan of Indian food, got converted and loved Zareen's. I cant stress this enough, you need to go eat at this place when you get a chance.”
“Solid fried chicken, was very juicy and the fries and biscuit were amazing. I opted for the white meat and shrimp combo, I'd probably skip the shrimp next time (they were good but it was so much food), think the meal and a drink was 27 and change.
Will definitely be back, don't suggest eating inside though it's a bit small and very warm inside.”
“Dining here is like eating with family. The short rib ragu is so good we have to force ourselves to try something else. The current scallop and shrimp appetizer has the most delicious lemon butter sauce we had to ask for their homemade bread just to soak up the sauce after eating all the shellfish.”
“This hotpot is pretty good! We have lunch special for 2 people and it’s less than $60 in total, but we have a lot as the pic below, 2 meets, 3 veggies, 1 entree, 1 plum pitcher and 1 free passion fruit pitcher. Also, the food is really fresh, and we just choose mild mild spicy which is just right. Previously, it’s very spicy even if we choose the least spicy level.
Happy to eat here for lunch ;)”

“Was excited to try Tony Gemignani’s “Apricot Fields” slice (exclusive to Mountain View), and he did not disappoint. Chalk up another winner that went great with our Cal-Italia, and the Wise Guy. A little Hot Honey and extra fig preserve allowed us to add a custom touch as each desired. Can’t even complain about the wait for a closer Slice House, because I know Tony Respects the Craft too much to rush any location before they are up to the highest standards. Bravo!”

“I've been coming here for twenty years!! Always the best food , best staff , drinks and perfect location DT Mountain View. Love this spot! #highlyrecommend”
“Boba Bliss is my go to milk tea shop since is walking distance from work. The place is clean, modern and with plenty of in door and outdoor seating. Service is fast and friendly. Menu has seasonal items, coffee, teas and drinks that are more on the milk shake side. The tea is freshly brewed if you're like milk tea for the tea flavor. Boba is soft and chewy. Overall one of the best milk tea options out there.”

“They have happy hour through 6pm daily which is good to know. Cocktails were good as well the pizza. The only we had is the clams linguine came in red sauce instead of white, server said he didn't hear it, realized he didn't even repeat the order or the option, was giving it a try even we hate seafood pasta in red sauce, just like you are having red wine with seafood. Pasta was over cooked and salty. The clams were fresh. Waited a while for bill even the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Not a pleasant visit compared to last time during thanksgiving. It was full house but service was quick and food was flawless.”
“I came across this wine bar after having dinner in the area. I’m so glad I did! Super impressed with their wine selection - I loved that they supported local wineries and they were so knowledgeable about all things wine. Everyone was super friendly and just had a great laid back energy. Am definitely going to be coming back.”
“I like the tri-tip, roast chicken and pulled pork. Not a fan of the brisket.
The BBQ meal combos come with 2 sides, a slice of crispy grilled garlic butter baguette, pickled onions, slice jalapeno, and pickle.
The sandwiches are good too.
They have a shaded patio in the back for outdoor dining.”
“Came here for the first time with our pup and had the best experience. The servers were SO nice, not just to us but to our pup too, which honestly made our day. They brought her water and gave her lots of love. Food was great, vibes were super relaxed, and we felt really taken care of. Definitely coming back. They also have draft beer”
“My wife and I like to do take-out Tuesdays where we don’t cook and instead order food to pickup and bring home so that we can watch whatever TV series we have that comes out on that day. This week we ordered some Papa John’s to watch the Bachelor Finale! What a great pairing (although what doesn’t go well with pizza… let’s be honest… nothing).
Our favorite takeout chain for pizza is Papa John’s because they have the Papa Pairings deal, where as long as you order two or more eligible items you get them for $7.99 each. We ordered a medium cheese pizza with mushrooms (must be one topping for the deal), some boneless parmesan chicken bites, garlic knots with marinara sauce, and an extra side of the spicy garlic dipping sauce. We always order an extra dipping sauce because I like the spicy garlic sauce and my wife likes the normal garlic sauce that comes with the pizza order.
The pizza was warm and delicious, just like we would expect from a Papa John’s. We always make sure to check the extra sauces are there before we leave because they’ve been left out before, not from this location, but another.
This is the location closest to our house and we’ve ordered here before. We order from the mobile app and drive to pick it up. It’s a clean storefront, there’s no seating, but that doesn’t matter for us.
We’ll order again!
Dietary restrictions: My wife has a peanut allergy and we can order from Papa John’s”
“A hidden gem near Costco Mt View. Had the 911, great mix of flavors including the Sriracha. And I had the agedashi tofu... also good.
I'll be back. 🙂”
“Good Japanese restaurant. Check out the photos of the menu to see their large variety of sushi rolls. I had their dinner bento box. My husband ordered the barbecue unagi served with an orchid.”

“This spot is definitely one of the best around! The drive-thru moves smoothly, even during those late-night cravings. Every time I’ve come through, the customer service has been top-notch, friendly and efficient. As for the food, it’s always been on point. Never once had to return anything or toss it out,
now that’s saying something!”

“Plate so delicious, I drove back again after housing the tacos. Get suadero as your meat choice (smoky and deep flavor) - the suadero quesadilla was cheesy and so rich with the nice sauces too. Been here a bunch before, I've made the mistake of not going more often after I tried the suadero. Chezburrito is fire too. Service is lightning fast and friendly.
if you're looking for a late night food spot that hits, don't be on the fence with this one.”
“Very very good. I have gotten multiple dishes, my favorites are probably the French toast, breakfast burrito, quesabirria everything I have tried is delicious!! Also very nice people, I enjoy having them so close to my work, and they offered me a free water! They are so nice and respectful, pay them a visit! It’s worth it!!”
“I ordered an eggless and sugar-substituted birthday cake for my mom and was trying this place for the first time. It was a very pleasant experience right from placing an order to pick up. I was able to customise the cake to be eggless, sugar-free and less creamy. The cake was very tasty, soft and just as desired!
Dietary restrictions: Eggless & sugar-free cake options available”
“A delightful find in Mountain View - local favorite boba place that has won Best of Mountain View awards several years in a row. Bobas are super soft and chewy! I would like my Hazelnut milk tea with stronger tea flavor and my husband’s Dark Plum smoothie to be slightly sweeter at 50% sweet. Not too many sweetness levels in some drinks - it’s either 100% or 50%, prices more reasonable than other boba places.”
“This was a fun choice for a Girls Night Out in one of my favorite downtowns: Mountain View!
AMBIANCE: Cute outdoor patio to enjoy a summer night. The interior has a nice minimalist design with a variety of seating (bar vs tables).
FOOD: Loved all the dishes we tried! Special points for the Rootstock Flatbread. I would love to come back to try the sandwiches which looked fab and filling.
DRINKS: My friends tried the Summer Sips flight and enjoyed all three choices. I had a white wine which was also delicious, light, and easy to digest.
SERVICE: This is where we lose a star. Within the 2-3 hours we spent here, both of our waiters clocked out, leaving little to no attention or checking in throughout our dining experience. There was also confusion as each waiter told us different info about what wines were actually available. Lights on our outdoor umbrella weren't turned on until after we had paid the bill (prob 1+ hour after sunset. I would've appreciated more attention for the price.”
“My all-time favorite place for Sushi and Sashimi. A great place to go with a crowd that is willing to share. Everything tastes so good.”
“Excellent food, bier selection, and outdoor seating! Traditional fare is fab as is the fish & chips.”

“Cool place to hang out and grab a drink. Lots of beers on tap. They frequently have activities going on in the evening. Live music, karaoke, etc. The owners Eric and Michelle are really nice and Leo does a great job as kitchen manager. There's also a really good food truck in the parking lot.”
“A must-visit pub in Mountain View if you're looking for a pocket-friendly place with a unique European feel. Unlike a typical American bar, this German-style beer garden offers a lively, communal atmosphere. You can grab a seat at one of the long tables and enjoy a variety of German beers on tap, along with classic food like pretzels and sausages. It's a great place to experience a different kind of pub culture without breaking the bank.”
“I had an amazing dining experience at kirin house
The food was absolutely outstanding — the seafood was incredibly fresh, the chicken was tender and flavorful, and every dish was beautifully presented. My personal favorites were the prawns and lobster, cooked to perfection and full of flavor.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal.
If you’re looking for authentic flavors, generous portions, and a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend this restaurant. Definitely worth five stars!”

“Modern elegance combined with a cozy atmosphere, it is a great place to meet people or hashing out ideas! The cappuccino I ordered was expertly prepared, with a creamy foam and a rich, robust espresso base. What truly set it apart, however, was its temperature—served just right, it provided a satisfying warmth without being scalding.”
“I freaking love these tacos, the cabeza is on point and the service is great.
Parking: Not really a parking lot since it’s at a gas station. Either park at a pump (and get some gas so you’re not an a**hole) or there are a couple of makeshift spots by the taco truck.”
“Moderately expensive sandwich place with a Peet's coffee station in a different area of the cafe. Good varied selection to choose from. However note that they do not take cash! You pay using credit or debit card only. Also the paper receipt I got had faded ink so some places so be careful if u need it for business reimbursements. They give you an indicator which will light up when your order is ready and you have to come by to pick up your order. You can get free regular water from a fountain tap or buy the bottled water or other drinks. Sandwich I got was of moderate size and tasted fine. They have outdoor tables with overhead umbrellas to shade against the sun.”
“The vintage DragonBallZ sodas made my day!! The service was fast & the 15min wait for spring rolls was WORTH IT—everything was delicious and they made us smile the whole time. What a neighborhood treasure!
Vegetarian options: spring rolls, egg rolls, & a veg/vegan banh mi option!
Dietary restrictions: Great vegan & vegetarian options!
Kid-friendliness: Check out the anime-themed sodas for the kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible!”
“We went for dinner on a Friday and there was no wait.
We got the Veggie Spring rolls for appetizer - The peanut sauce and the hot suace were great accompaniments.
We wanted to try the Vegetarian Banh Mi but unfortunately they had run out.
We ended up ordering the Pho Chay - Which was served warm and the broth had a really nice umami flavor (a bit on the salty side though). We also got the Bun Chay - Which was alright - It was very similar to the Pho Chay minus the tasty broth.
The surprise of the day was the Sugarcane Juice with Kumquat - It tasted great!!Quantity for price was questionable as it was just filled with ice but the drink tasted great FWIW.
Very generous portions for the entrees and we had leftovers enough for another meal for two.”

“We had the most amazing dinner at the restaurant. We were there all weekend. The staff is amazing. The food is out of this world. If you are in the area, you must stop there thank you. I’ve never eaten such an amazing pasta dish and I love Italian food and you guys nailed it and let’s not even start with the lamb chops. Omg. I need to come back again soon.”
“Delicious dinner at Scratch! The Brussels sprouts were crispy and tasty, the filet mignon was tender, and the scallops were light and perfectly cooked. I ordered a piña colada that came with an alternative rum (didn’t know and personally not a fan). My server was super kind and quickly fixed it for me. Both she and the front desk lady were so friendly and welcoming. Great food and even better service!”
“It was a great dinner. We took another couple out for my birthday. The friends mentioned that it was my birthday and the waiter said that merited a free bowl. I was going to order the ahi tuna bowl anyway, so my bountiful and delicious bowl was free. I also had points because I am a rewards member. We had a free appetizer of calamari. And I was given a free birthday dessert. I wasn't counting on any of that, but the gifts were very much appreciated and makes me even more eager to keep coming back to Pacific Catch in Mountain View. Everyone else's dinner was also delish, the fish and chips and salmon sandwich. My husband and friends offered me bites. Natalie Bivas”

“What a gem! The staff is super helpful and offer great recommendations for games. Whether you’re an experienced player or new to board games, there’s something for everyone.
The food and drink selection seems solid. I had a beer and the turkey blt sandwich which was excellent. This is a great place to hang with friends and play some games.”
