Ordered a premium chicken sandwich and got a soft taco with the chicken patty inside the tortilla. I asked for the correct order and they gave me a cheap chicken sandwich that cost far less than the one I ordered. I understand messing up and having to correct the issue but to do it again after having to come all the way back is more than frustrating. Staff need to slow down and do things right the first time instead of rushing to compete with each other to see who is faster.

Horrible service the night crew always closes early and when attempting to ask them why they are closed they will just ignore you!!! Very rude and unprofessional all night crew staff needs to be fired!!!!

This Jack in the Box has gone down hill...we were there on 9/17 around midnight....the order was correct, but the quality of our items were so bad. The meat taste old and the hamburger buns there use are tasteless (I think there are potato bread). This was always my late night place for a quick late night snack, but no more. Totally didn't enjoy our order.

They have the wrong hours posted everywhere. The web site says sinig room open until 12:00a or 2:00a. This location interprets this to mean 'whenever we feel like it" because they are never open until these hours. They close up to an hour before this and if you're on foot, they help the drive through while they tell me to go to In n Out down the street. It's basic discrimination based on social status.

Waited in a long line for relatively 30 minutes. It took them 10 minutes to give me my food at the window. I'm thinking it's fresh out the grill or something but to my disappointment the food was cold, stale, & they didn't capture my order correctly. I drove off angry at the uselessness. Save your time & energy & cook a meal at home before going to this location.
