I don't normally complain, and in general I'm a big fan of Pizza Hut - but I have some constructive criticism that I hopes makes it to the top. I don't order very often, maybe once a month, but on my last order I received a "Save $10 on your next order" deal. I was happy to get this of-course, it's like someone giving you $10 for something you are ordering anyway, except here is the catch. You can't use it with any other deals, and guess what - pretty much every reasonable priced...read full review
Horrible service!! Ordered a pizza online at 6:10pm. Received an email that my order would be ready at 7:40pm.
7:45pm I arrived to pick up just to be told my order had not even been started!!! You couldn't call??
