I will always give Popeyes high ratings because I love the food and the service, with the exception of the gas station location on Murrieta Hot Springs road. I have never had a good experience with that place. The food isn't as fresh, even if they mange to get your order correct, which is rare. Last time I went, I was the only one in line and it took 30 minutes to get my food. This 5 star review is for the location near French Valley Airport.
Went through the Drive through and ordered2 Piece Chicken Combo, with Cajun Fries, Diet Coke and a side of Truff Spicy Mayo. The person taking my order told me they were not allow to give out the spicy mayo, however they have given it to me on the side previously and the sign clearly stated they were selling a side of spicy mayo for $1.00 I mentioned this to her and she argued with me telling me "We don't even have a button to charge you for that." 1. Sometimes I have to ask for fresh food, but usually I can tell by who’s at the speaker if the foods gonna be up to par. Depending on who’s in the kitchen that day, this is easily my favorite Popeyes in proximity. Today was my best experience at this location. Bobbi in the drive-thru had the best customer service and the food came out fresh! Plus everything was correct in the bag.
