We live in Hemet, Ca. our popeyes is really bad so decided to try this one on the way home from drs appt.If you like an inch of crust on each side of eighth of an inch of dry white breast meat and bones, then this is for you. The crust was delicious, but its should be wrapped around a nice juicy breast. I realize most places carve out some of the breast for sandwiches or nuggets or tenders but this was ridiculous, they should leave some for the breast. There was more meat on the wing, which by the way could have been a Cornish game hens wing. So tiny and so much crust.If the price was applicable it would be fine but a two piece meal with a “regular” red beans and rice , which was actually a small and half full, a biscuit, and med drink. For 12.99. Is really a rip off.I’m not a big eater, usually have chicken to share with my puppy, and give my hubby half of my beans. And my biscuit. Not this time.Wish we had gone to Dennys nextdoor instead.

We never get what we order! We seem to get more wings than any other piece of chicken! The chicken look’s like it was fried and refried over and over again. Not to mention, the manager locked the dinning room and told me to go through the drive through line because she was going on break! I would never recommend this Popeyes to anyone!

Pulled up go drive thru waited over 25 minutes before ordering and I could not back out since a car was behind me. Then another 20 minutes later after ordering my food was room temperature. They did not ask if i wanted sauce and I had no sauce and it was so dry. Food was not good. This was horrible. Waste of my time. I am sad.

Probably the worst managed fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen. To the owner..you should get rid of Grace. When people are spending an hour in the drive thru line there’s an obvious problem with time management. Grace is a disgrace and loves to roll her eyes at the customers. Remember my pretty face Grace cuz I will always remember that nasty mug of yours. You’re a manager for God’s sake.. take some pride in how you look.. comb your hair at least. And to all the people that waited in line that whole night .. good luck with that cross contaminated food, because Grace’s hands were nasty and she was handling the register and the food. What a shame.

They always forget stuff!! When you order late they just give you whatever left they have i swear! Whenever I order here they forget something and our whole order is messed up! Do better or hire better employees.
Well I really wanted popeyes because the one near me shut down. I drove all the way here and was in line for almost 20 minutes. Nobody greeted any of the customers that came in. The manager was in boh chatting away but never did anything about the growing line forming up front. Finally a worker that had just come on shift tried getting my order, but then didn't have the change to break my bill. 100% unacceptable. You need to retrain your team like yesterday. ??

Sometimes I have to ask for fresh food, but usually I can tell by who’s at the speaker if the foods gonna be up to par. Depending on who’s in the kitchen that day, this is easily my favorite Popeyes in proximity. Today was my best experience at this location. Bobbi in the drive-thru had the best customer service and the food came out fresh! Plus everything was correct in the bag. E’Nuff said!Parking: It’s in a huge parking lot connected to Denny’s and farmer boys. There is always plenty of parking
