The staff are just TOP NOTCH!!! They know you by name & make the whole experience SO PERSONAL & special!!! They know the coffee I usually get & the size. My day doesn't start without them!!! I ❤️
Since when are crafted beverages an additional $3? I have never experienced this at any Starbucks in LA, NY or anywhere else. Well the drink was good af tho lol so I'm not tripping!

I had a very pleasant encounter yesterday the nicest welcoming young man. Wish I could remember his name.I went in to purchase a gift card .He was very kind, helpful & well mannered ...A refreshing change for Starbucks..It appears the store could have used another assistant..the store needed a little attention to clean up...But none the less... This young associate made a five star difference. Thank you ?
