C'mon guys. Ask me if I want whipped cream (um, yes please) on a cafe mocha and then when I find out it not only has no whip cream, but it's actually a hot chocolate.... So disappointing. You can do better.
The blonde employee working the window around 11:38 was rude AF. I forgot to order another croissant and was told I couldn't add anything extra on my order at the window. I understand how busy the line can get. I wasn't given the option to pick up my croissant inside, so that I wouldn't be in the way of their drive thru time quota. Just a straight up, "No, we don't do add-ons at the window". Not a single sign of, "During peak hours we don't take window add-ons"...etc. I can't...read full review

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over ten years and I can’t ever brag enough about the crew here. Megan, Kim, Raul, Daniel, the OG in the back with the sandwiches. I can’t thank y’all enough for always starting my day off right. From ordering to coffee in hand - 2 min, never fails. I go to other starbucks along my route now since my schedule has changed and none of them compare to the 0500 crew at Los Alamos and the 215. Missing y’all’s perfectly made brews...read full review
