For this to be in Napa, we expected a more professional level of service and atmosphere. We were a group of roughly 50 people and that was a common sentiment among many of them. Some of us had an adverse reaction to some of the food items and the resolve was to not serve our group food for the rest of our stay. It was very taxing on our support staff, who was supposed to be enjoying this retreat.
So this morning I had the most delightful and delicious breakfast! But it was the service that was exceptional. Her name was Ms. A Joselyn? I would be amiss if I didn’t mention in a world now that has a shortage of staff and often those with limited hospitality skills. Don't get me wrong, this place has great potential... And staff is great.. Just not enough of them to go around. Always one person taking orders and making drinks. They are friendly and so the best they can but takes way to long to get a coctail or a quick coffee if there's any line whatsoever.
