“Took my family for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We had dim sum & also ate off the regular menu. I was surprised how good the dim sum was. It was very good. I've eaten dim sum in large cities & this I think was just as tasty.It would be nice if they had some music playing in the restaurant.

“The food is usually great. This time, my sis & I ordered takeout. The orange chicken was very dry, over cooked. The chow mein needed a lot more sauce. The shrimp were a real disappointment from what we have before (they were also very dry). I know we will go there again but maybe not order delivery. Thanks, Barbara“

“Ordered the platter with the pork sandwich. Everything tasted great --- pork was amazing and the cucumbers had a really nice kick.
If you’re in the Napa area, definitely make it a point to stop by! Highly recommend this food truck for anyone looking for fusion food to add to the wine country itinerary.“

“Been a loyal customer for over 10 years now and the food is still amazing to this day. They make everything fresh and use quality ingredients so you know what you're getting, plus the staff are very kind and helpful. And best of all, they are very generous with portions so you get a seriously good deal on food. Hop Hing's is hands-down the best Chinese food in Napa and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some fast and delicious Chinese food.“
