Jax Chibugan is a recommended place to enjoy great Filipino food. The dining room and single bathroom are very clean and maintained. Customers order at the counter for self-seating, and the food is delivered to the table. There is plenty of parking. The owners treat people like family in a home family environment.
The food is amazing, delicious, very tasty, and smackin. Portion sizes are great, heaping, and worth it. Dishes are perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Favorite items include the corned beef tapsilog, sisig tapsilog, beef pares, and corned beef silog with fried rice. The tocino is juicy and sweet. The beef mami is delicious with very tender beef and good noodles cooked in the beef broth. The beef tapa is very tender and not salty. The eggs and fried rice are very good. The ceviche and eggplant are also enjoyed. Water, sauces, and banana ketchup are self-service. It is a great place to try other dishes and people will definitely come back again.
