Pepitas has the most delicious home style Mexican food. Their Mexican hot chocolate and huevos a la mexicana are the best in the west!!! Just love it. It is a small but very cozy and friendly place to have a good hot meal.
Stopped by Pepita's Cafe to grab a quick snack before a doc appointment. While we waited we were offered chips and salsa, the chips were warm and crispy, as though freshly fried. The salsa is spicy and well flavored. The restaurant is small and cozy, we were invited to sit while our snack was prepared. Beautiful environment and active as well so nice to eat and watch everything happen and very delicate as in the owner pays attention to detail and how the food is served. It’s not even an expensive place to eat. The food taste so good. I can’t believe I didn’t come here before.Kid-friendliness: Made food specifically for 9 month old. Soup de Fideo. One egg. And beans.
