Sushi In the Raw is a restaurant that never disappoints, with the freshest fish and a balance of traditional and new school rolls. The rolls are served with sauces on the side, allowing diners to control the sauciness of each bite. However, some customers found the selection disappointing, with very little variety and no tempura options. The sashimi was thinly sliced, and the cuts of fish in the rolls were smaller than expected. Despite this, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was excellent, with friendly staff. The kitchen can be slow, but the overall experience was okay. While it may be the best sushi in town, some customers found it to be merely adequate and pricier than other options in the area.
