I came in late Tuesday night with a huge order & Mario & Ryan (I think that was their names) were a HUGE help! So sweet, friendly & VERY helpful with organizing a huge order. Most places always mess it up with no effort. But they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and I was able to carry everything. They are the best & deserve a raise!!

Unfortunately I found this place to be very unclean, smelled bad and not health safe. I couldn't stay. How this location could pass health codes is concerning.

The manager refused to cash it my gift card with less than 10$ even though it is required by state law. Very disappointed as it seems like he thinks he above following the rules.

Local Starbucks and we generally mobile order. Depending on who is working and how busy it is we sometimes walk in and out with little interaction and our drinks are ready at the bar.On some occasions a drink will have a mistake so they don't have a 100% hit rate but totally understandable. Overall though our experiences are pleasant.Especially on Saturday mornings they seem to have more staff and someone is by the bar to say hello when I grab my drink. It's definitely nice to have a Starbucks in the neighborhood and generally parking is always available. They keep this one fairly clean and usually there are students after school hanging out, people studying or some folks working on their laptops. It's a nice and safe location.

The workers here are very, very nice and the quality of the drinks is great. But I miss the skeleton they dressed up in different clothes depending on the season/holiday. :( I would come to this location specifically over others in the area so I could see the skeleton and take pictures with it in whatever getup it currently had on. My friends loved seeing it on social media, and that skeleton always made my day. So this location loses one star for taking away its wonderful mascot.

Big shout out to Eric. Was having a really hard morning at 7:45 a.m. and Eric was very talkative asking me about my day what I was going to do. He just took time out to be invested on someone he didn't know. Great customer service skills. You can definitely say he made my morning brighter

I enjoy visiting this location. They're sometimes out of peach iced tea, but they make up for it in excellent customer service. My daughter loves the chocolate cake pops and I adore the oat milk lattes!
