I am a Peetnik from way back. There are many coffee options but Peet's always delivers. Service is great. Lots of seating inside or on the patio. Nice selection of baked goods. Free Wi-Fi.I make an annual visit to Newport Coast and always visit this location. They have a new digital menu board and since it was February 1st and the kick-off of African-American culture month their digital ad/menu board featured two African-American growers, which was a nice tribute.
I love this store. Everyone is so friendly. Coffee is always good. Jason the manager is awesome. He always knows the customers and what they need. He inspires his team to do the best they can. It is a great experience every time I'm there. I'm so happy to call this Peet's my home. Thank you all for what you do.

On our last visit, our lattes were slightly more bitter than usual, and we were not offered insulator sleeves, even though the cups were quite burning hot. They were not particularly busy, so we were not quite sure why they were not more proactively customer friendly. We still love Peet's, though!
