I went here at night so I’m commenting about the night staff, the food was absolutely amazing, fries are perfectly salted! And whoever was working packaged my order like a god, the fries and burgers weren’t toppled over each other, it took a while to get it around 3 minutes but when I saw the work that went into my bag I understood, the sauces were carefully placed on top, the burgers weren’t smushing the fries and they were actually separated greatly! Sooo.. I'm a little bummed. Been coming to this Carl's for a minute and have NEVER had an issue. Unfortunately, last night (11/29/21) at around 8:30, I was the lucky one who recieved the order, that I had soo been looking forward to, that was the mess up. My husband had gotten the Monster Angus Thickburger and was just ooey, cheesy, goodness. I can vouch for that burger, because 1. My son loved the chicken tenders meal. The tenders were soft and he loved the fries. Not hard like the other location in riverside, and cannot do basic math in getting my order correct with coupons. We came for lunch on a Saturday here in Corona.
