This location is decent enough. It is however the only Domino’s I have ever experienced a charge for red peppers so I never pick them up here. Also my order has been inaccurate at times and the pizzas sometimes come out undercooked but that’s fine because I usually bake them again when I get home anyway. It’s somewhat like McDonald’s they do not offer napkins with your meal either but that could be a training issue and does not reflect Domino’s customer service excellence.
I used the tracker to keep status for my curbside delivery. I left my house when pizza was ready and took 3 minutes to get there. I placed I’m here upon arrival and the 2 minute timer the staff shut it off at 1:49 and never came out to the car. After 3 more minutes went by I went into the store and picked up my pizza. I told them what happened and they said it just came out of the oven which was a lie and wouldn’t keep there 2 minutes guarantee!

I waited 1:30 hours to get my pizza BUT i gave it five stars because of the manager. I didnt get his name but he was hispanic. This man answered the phone and delivered my pizza in 10 minutes. He also gave me 2 free pizzas. Thats what i call great management and customer service. That wat i call a leader. I know that their delivery guy bailed out on them and they were busy but they super professional about it. Great job everyone!!!
