I should of read the reviews before ordering. Ordered the meats pizza and it came with like 5 pieces of ham an no other meat. Ordered hot wings and received plain wings, when putting in a complain on the app only choice was to get a 20% off or 60 points. Font need any of these since I won't be ever ordering from this horrible place.

This is seriously the worst delivery ever. Anytime we order it takes more than an hour, even when it says it will be there in like 20-30 minutes. They never answer their phone.

There is a new manager named Diego providing the worst customer service ever !!! I don’t understand the point of special instructions on app if they don’t even take them into consideration.It is a constant issue with my pizzas being incorrect. I don’t call to complain most of the time since we usually order when we are in a rush to eat something quick. On 2/4 m/2024 my child and I were super sick didn’t feel like cooking anything and decided to order pizza for my husband to pick up when he got home the pizzas had extra garlic butter on the crust when specifically asked for NO GARLIC BUTTER called to let them know they made a mistake again who ever I spoke with said I had a credit for my 3 pizzas had 30 days to claim only at this location, well today I called to get my pizzas made correctly and the “store manager Diego” denied the credit as there is no one there working with the name that I was given and there is no credit on my account. I explained I have the receipt and they always put damn extra garlic butter on my pizza beyond greasy. Pretty much there was no credit therefore nothing can be done, I had ordered other food items ended up canceling the order, not sure why now days “managers” can careless about providing a nice customer service and trying to fix the errors their non trained employees make !!!!

I bought multiple domino's gift cards as christmas gifts and "none" of them work and on top of that, the customer service number on the back of the card is bogus!! They do not answer any calls! Waste of money!!

I waited 1:30 hours to get my pizza BUT i gave it five stars because of the manager. I didnt get his name but he was hispanic. This man answered the phone and delivered my pizza in 10 minutes. He also gave me 2 free pizzas. Thats what i call great management and customer service. That wat i call a leader. I know that their delivery guy bailed out on them and they were busy but they super professional about it. Great job everyone!!!

Claimed the free emergency pizza online, after 30 minutes i came to the restaurant to pick it up and they just told me it was cancelled with no notice. They told me to just order another one(paid), and i would have if i didn't already waste 30 minutes on the first order. One guy seemed apologetic but the 1 star is for the lack of communication and waste of time.

Horrible customer service lady kept hanging up and called at 10pm for take out order and took my order then said I can't place a take out order and hung up. Great fucking customer service you guys have and excellent choice of employees.

I love it here.The staffing is always friendly. I take my toddlers to see the staff make the pizza, and they get a good kick out of it. Pizza is always hot and good

This place is horrible! They always get the orders wrong and you can never get through when you call. I've been trying to get through their line for over 2 hours. I placed my order at 6:30ish. Their phone picks up, you can hear the employees when the line picks up but there's no one on the line. You can hear all the background noise. They deliberately answer but don't take the call. The deliver was taken somewhere else because we got nothing! I can't even request a refund. Complete BS.Update: I had to go to the location to request a refund at 10PM because they just kept answering and not responding. I know that if I would've waited until tomorrow they would've come up with some bs excuse and not want to refund. After overhearing staff member Alina? on the line yelling in frustration that the line is ringing off the hook lol and that we're just trying to get free pizza. I got her name because she made a call to another customer while I was on the other line and heard her name lol. The kids working here need to get a serious reality check. It's not about the money dipshits it's about the horrible customer service and mockery of your customers. They deliberately took the phone off the hook and let it ring. The manager admitted that they aren't answering calls because they have been busy. I understand it gets busy but deliberately not answering a customer's call after they made the mistake of delivering to a wrong address is not an excuse. The "manager" Michael was arrogant and dismissive said it is what it is and refuses to acknowledge him and his staff's wrong doing. I let them know that I overheard everything they were saying and he immediately got rude and said he was done that there was nothing he could do. Tried to say the phone wasn't working when I was literally in the other line listening to them make phone calls and the lines blowing up. Said they were now closed and I had to leave at 10PM lol They close at 12. As I was walked out he had a little bitch fit melt down and yelled as if he was about to do something and was holding himself back lol.
