I really like this store, the people are so nice and the outside of the store is very clean. I just feel bad every time I order from here because they are so busy and also so understaffed. I put in a mobile order for 1 regular sized sandwich at 12:20, it told me my pick up time was 12:40. I showed up at 12:45 and my sandwich wasn't started yet. and it's of no fault to the employees who were working that day. how could it be? there was only 2 of them on a friday afternoon. I hope the manager sees this and takes notice. I watched someone who placed a mobile order come in and cancel because it wasn't ready yet. you're losing business and you're losing money.

Do not bother visiting this location - especially if you are gluten intolerant. They "just ran out of gluten free buns " every time i visit. Young man who seems to be in charge is rude and lazy. Spend your money at some other establishment!

Had to leave, worker walks in blasting co-worker for promising a customer something. I was waiting for white bread for a sandwich. Have been there before when they've run out of bread. 4:30 in the afternoon is a bit early to be running out of product. We won't be back. Owner better take the reins or this place won't last.

For the first time ever the Original Italian sub I ordered had some crunchy hard crumbly wheat bread. For $17 id expect much better. Seems this branch be using old bread to cheap things out.

I was very disappointed today with this Norco store. I hope the manager gets motivated to revamp this business. This was the second time I placed an online order and they forgot 1 sandwich. I pick up the order trusting it's going to be complete, but nope! I had to drive to the Corona location and pick up the missing sandwich. Please do something to fix this issue. The place is going to lose its business.

Garbage service the kids working here are always slow don't listen and get your order wrong even tho your standing there. They always have attitude when u request items.Also they never greet you and always in the back just chatting.Def finding another location.

I come to this Jersey Mike's once or twice a week because it's very close to my house although I do enjoy their sandwiches I notice when they are busy they don't really work too well together as a team and their lead usually seems pretty stressed out because the other workers lack speed and seem like they are stressed out and the food will take a long time to be made especially if they are backed up with online orders sometimes the bread that I receive is stale or over cooked and it's really hard and crumbles so make sure if you go you pay attention to the bread they're giving you or youll be home with Stale over cooked bread , I think this place would be a lot better if they took the time to really train their employees on how to be efficient with their time and help each other out more , it is a lot of young employees at this location honestly this is the only Jersey Mike's location that I've been to where they're pretty slow I've been over to the Jersey Mike's off Ontario Avenue in Corona and they were really fast also I went to the McKinley Corona location and they were really fast as well and had way better customer service. hopefully this jersey mike starts improving because I feel like they could be going downhill at the moment I also noticed that sometimes they don't have the open sign turned on.

Very clean , the employees are very nice and sweet and kind and always attentive service . and bathrooms and the eating area always clean. That's very important when I go into a restaurant to eat so thank you for the great service. Thank you for the food and thank you for a good customer service. Love seeing young high school kids getting work experience and learning social skills. I see how respectful and attentive they are . Very happy overall.
