I’m only giving two stars not because the food is bad but there workers are terrible! Messed up my order then they tell me I have to pay extra for there mess up… I won’t be coming back here again….

Really good Hawaiian plate food with friendly service in a beautifully put together restaurant. The service is good but very slow, best to call ahead.
I was in the mood for Hawaiian BBQ today so I stopped here but was very disappointed with the food. There weren't a lot of customers when I arrived but somehow my food took a little longer than I expected and I decided to eat on the outdoor patio because it was such a nice day. Two chefs came out to the patio on their lunch break and were eating the same thing that I had ordered but theirs looked more edible than mine. My food selection was terrible today and I took it back to the counter after only a few bites. The chicken was overcooked in what tasted like very old oil and it was extremely dry. I didn't receive any dipping sauce which might have helped to mask the nastiness but I was out of luck all the way around. The girl at the counter offered to prepare for me a junior sized version of my combo plate but I decided to pass. This was an off day for Ono Hawaiian BBQ, maybe next time.

This place for food is definitely worth your money! I got Grilled SPAM & rice and I ate em all! Steamed broccoli and green cabbage is important because it's a relief from salty and rich food! We'll be coming back in future!Vegetarian options: There's healthy side...steamed cabbage and broccoli that has this food came with!Parking: There's plenty of parking spot here!

Went here a while back the parking is really small. Service was ok food took forever to get to the table. I ordered fired chicken it looked like Chinese food orange chicken with two small cups of rice for 16 bucks.

Had not been to Ono's for quite sometime, so we decided to try it again. We ordered ahead (through Yelp). The order was placed at 4:10pm and was to be picked up at 5:15pm. We arrived 5 minutes early just to make sure that the order was either about to be made or being made. To our surprise it was done and sitting on the counter! We live 8 minutes away so if we ordered ahead and it was "just made" it should still be hot, right? Nope! It was not hot and not cold but more like room temperature. Mind you that it was on Saturday, July 22, 2023 a hot day summer Corona/Norco day and the restaurant was not busy at that time. The counter was staffed by 3 employees. Yes, it was good food, but it should NOT have been made that much ahead of time. To top it off, the order was wrong! We had ordered 2 combo dishes; One was a chicken and beef combo, the second dish was a Hawaiian beef + Hawaiian beef! We arrived at home and had 2 combos of chicken and beef. NO HAWAIIAN BEEF!! Yes, I should of checked the order before we walked out but, oh well. Since I had placed the order ahead of time and on the app., what were the chances that "they" would get it wrong? Again it was not a busy time and they had more staff than needed. So for that, my review of Ono Hawaiian BBQ is only 3 stars. Food was good but the service and cooking food ahead of time to sit on a counter during a hot day is NOT acceptable to me.

First time trying this place and I have I to say , I was disappointed..I ordered BBQ chicken and it was not bbq , it tasted like he just fried it w seasoning, it was a bit dry , it was also a to go order or else I would of mentioned it immediately, bummer , the pictured menu does wonders.
