Did not catch the name of the lady working but she had a very strong rude attitude towards me and I felt very disrespected. I was not asked some of the simple questions of what I would like on my pizza, it was just overall terrible service for me.

Perfect place to dine in. Best for people who are late eaters because this place is open till 11:00pm. People at register are super friendly and customize the pizza for you the way you like. They have clean dine in place for family dinner or lunch.

Not even a one star, we came in ordered our pizza very nice staff. My pizza smelt like throw up so I think something was spoiled on my pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas and they both had a funky smell and tasted disgusting. We were able to get out money back but we will NEVER go to a Pieology again especially this location. Store was very dirty, the glass over the pizza toppings were extremely dusty.... just ew, do not go to this location...

After waiting for 20 minutes to get help, they burnt my dessert and plus a girl didn’t get her name she has tattoos in her hand she’s white with an attitude I had asked for extra Nutella on my dessert, and instead of her explaining to me why they can’t even though I offered to pay she was literally with an attitude worst place I won’t be coming here again. The sad part this was my favorite location.

I've been a fan of pieology for yeaaaars and specifically this location for years. It used to be 5 stars for the food, and now it's 5 stars for the food AND the management. It's the people who really make or break a company, any company not just pizza industry, and the staff at this location, especially the manager at this location are EXCEPTIONAL. Always been impressed with the quality of their ingredients and now I'm even more impressed with the two gentleman working today and their Manager. Highly recommend pieology and especially this location!

Upper management has restricted supplies of some items, but the staff is doing their best with these limitations and were very pleasant.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac, but have never had trouble ordering their gf crust. They have clean trays and brushes for allergy issues.Parking: They're in a strip mall with other offerings, plenty of parking for all.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves it, but who doesn't love pizza, especially design your own??

Nice employee and great service, not employees is in multiple but singular because only one working that I can see on a Saturday around lunch time she deserves to get paid more whatever her pay is. Seems to me the owners or managers do not want to schedule more than one employee to run a restaurant which means long wait times to get pizza made and prepared and paid for this should be a crime. Unbelievably hot while waiting in the sun for the one person getting 3 pizzas in front of me. Seemed like no ac on either again a someone trumping to be cheap. If you don’t make enough to run ac or hire enough employees then don’t own a business this should be reported to the franchise.

The bathroom was dirty and the "soap dispenser" was disgusting. I would like to think this is in the process of being repaired.The female that tended to be was very nice and sweet. Zero complaints with the service.

Pieology is my favorite place but we don't have one near my home in corona anymore so when i was in Norco my son and i were excited to go. We were there on Tuesday around 5:30 pm. When we arrived there was no employee in sight and it took about 5 mins before someone came from the back. The counters where the food was being prepared were disgusting like they hadn't been cleaned all day. Just messy everywhere. The soda area is a mess and majority of tables not clean. We ordered our norm Buffalo chicken pizza and the girl making our pizzas had to keep taking her gloves off and look at her phone. We ordered 3 of the same pizzas... I thought there was a Tuesday special as well or did that go away because I paid for 3 pizzas. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the place and it was not a place I would return to under those conditions
Placed an online order Friday evening. Apparently a softball team had a come by so they backed themselves up on online orders. There were only 2 people working. Regardless, online orders should always be prioritized over dine-in customers. People with large partys need to realize the inconvenience they pose to staff and other customers, and should wait accordingly. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past my “ready” time to get my pizza since employees prioritized them over customers who had already paid for their food.

I didn't know it can get worse but here we are. Previously it was 2 employees with a massive line. Today it's a single employee with a line out the door. I would potentially understand if it weren't for the fact that it is a Friday! Seriously, something needs to change.

Sooooo slow. The two guys working there could not be more softly spoken and moved like sloughs. Get a sense of urgency in these guys! I'm glad there was not a line! I would have left.

Love the pizza. A bit pricey but very enjoyable. Paid $39 for 2 built your own and 2 drinks. Service is great but for some reason their wooden benches are very sticky and if your wearing shorts or pants you get stuck to the bench lol
