I've been a fan of pieology for yeaaaars and specifically this location for years. It used to be 5 stars for the food, and now it's 5 stars for the food AND the management. It's the people who really make or break a company, any company not just pizza industry, and the staff at this location, especially the manager at this location are EXCEPTIONAL. Upper management has restricted supplies of some items, but the staff is doing their best with these limitations and were very pleasant.Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac, but have never had trouble ordering their gf crust. They have clean trays and brushes for allergy issues.Parking: They're in a strip mall with other offerings, plenty of parking for all.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves it, but who doesn't love pizza, especially design your own??
