Dropped in for breakfast Sunday morning and we beat the crowd at 8:30. Nice outdoor seating and a good amount of indoor seating too. It's still on the smaller side, very clean and friendly staff. The menu has lots of great options! It was hard to choose. Here's what we got: Breakfast Melt with ham and potatoes and the Breakfast Combo with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and wheat toast. Both were really good, the eggs were cooked perfect, the potatoes were nice and crispy on the outside, they use a really nice wheat bread for the toast, the sandwich had a good amount of ham and was nice and crispy. The only complaint was that the bacon was overcooked. I like crispy bacon but because it's a thick cut it gets hard instead of crunchy, but it still taste good. I mean...it's Bacon! I love that they had Chipotle Tabasco sauce! I've never had it and I love it! Mixed it with ketchup for my potatoes and it was delicious. The portion sizes are good and I definitely want to come back and try the Ube Waffle with strawberry & coconut (among other things!).

WOW! The Island chilaquiles have such great flavor! So glad we finally tried this spot . The Hawaiian latte is so yummy and creamy . Definitely coming back!

2 stars because the service was good. We used to love this place for the Loco mocos.Came back and gravy was bland , the patty was bland over cooked and dry. The best thing was the store bought Macaroni Salad with extra pepper. Sad, this place used to be our favorite breakfast spot after our soccer games. Now I know why there is no line out the door anymore

I tried scramblers for the first time and was helped by Daniella, she was so helpful and kind! The food was AMAZING - I had the eggs benedict and ube pancake which I was so excited for and it came out better than I expected. I also got the Hawaiian latte which I didn't even know they had but Daniella recommended it from the specials they were offering and it was the best coffee I ever had, I had to come back for it! I will def be back and bring my friends and family too!

Food is decent but expensive. Also, they wanted to charge me when I asked for two extra salsas for my burrito. It's already pricey and then to try to charge more just for some salsa. No thanks. I had been there several times before but that was the final straw for me.

The coffee was water and cold, even though they offered a fresh brew it was still water. The potatoes were beyond done and the toast and English muffins stone hard. We had to make an extra stop at Starbucks for coffee. Not what we have planned. Our first time here and sad to say we won’t be back.

The food was great. I've never been here before and went with a friend who highly recommended it. Monica was super sweet and helpful taking our order. The waitress, I didn't catch her name, was very attentive and kept making sure we were taken care of. I tried the Loco Moco which is rice, hamburger patties, and gravy with eggs on top. You can change it up a little also. It's a cute little Cafe in a small little center on the corner of a busy intersection right off of the 15 fwy and 6th street in Norco.... If you aren't looking for it, you might miss it... But you definitely should look for it. Highly recommend, and cannot wait to come back and try something new.
This place is a hidden gem for a different breakfast twist. Tired of eggs and bacon? Come here! (They have eggs and bacon too) Norco fried rice with Portuguese sausage, spinach and an egg how you like it is my go to. So many different menu options. Outside and inside patio seating. Staff is super friendly. Go for the food though!

We love Scramblers! The food is so fresh and tastes like very high quality. My go to is the Mexican omelet and next favorite are the blueberry ricotta pancakes. The people that works here are always pleasant and attentive.

Quality of food is not that great anymore. They got average chefs now that are trying but doesn't make the food good. Whoever is making rice needs to learn how to make it better, since it always feel/taste like it's uncooked or hard. Loco Moco should be plain, simple but great. Unable to cook and prepare it properly.

Paid 25 for this 30 if you count the tip rice had no flavor stake was hard and over cooked it was buzzy when I went I also wait 35 min for my food.i drive for work and stop by random places to eat to check them out more then likely that I won't eat here again.
