Breakfast place with Hawaiian flavor. Overall, the food was decent, but my French toast was dry and the $6 side of bacon was similar to beef jerkey. Both overcooked. Prices were too high for what it was. Who charges $6 for a small side of bacon?
So, normally we have high praise for Scramblers and take house guests there when breakfast out is agreed to by all. Visited there on 10/22 and no one finished their plate. Leaving i asked our guest if their food was good and they said it had an after taste they weren't expecting. And I detected a foul after taste in my water but I drank my coffee. We love Scramblers! The food is so fresh and tastes like very high quality. My go to is the Mexican omelet and next favorite are the blueberry ricotta pancakes. The people that works here are always pleasant and attentive.
