i placed an online order via the mobile app for pick up and i arrived shortly after. i forgot an item to add and when i arrived the cashier was able to add it on to my order before charging me which was great. i had to wait a few minutes for the add on to be prepped was no issue at all. it seemed as though they were slow on the day we visited because nobody was inside and nobody else came in. i hadn't been to wingstop in a few years and the wings and fries i ordered were delicious. the sauce was perfect, portion size and everything was fresh tasting as well. i'll definitely be returning to this location as the staff was very professional when communicating to me about my pending food after ordering.

yummy wings and nice staff (sometimes). Sometimes the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE but it depends, the restaurant is usually pretty dirty with sticky tables but the food is good still (usually). Eastvale's better, this location gave me food poisoning TWO (DOS) times in a ROW? And I got Hawaiian wings that were definitely made with rotten sauce, the lemon pepper never misses though. +1 star for the phallic wing

i love wingstop i never have problems with my order. i always order online for delivery. there's never mistakes with my order. the boneless buffalo and bone in louisiana (all drums) are the best. also order the cajun fries well done extra seasoning . soo yummy !!

I visited this restaurant Thursday the 9th during the night and I am truly disgusted and disappointed with my order. I purchased multiple items and upon eating the chicken sandwich I noticed it did not taste well cooked. My chicken was undercooked and did not seemed properly prepared, due to those reasonings I have food poisoning. I have reached out and still no response from this restaurant. This is no way to treat paying customers. If I can give zero stars I would. It is currently Sunday and I have not fully recovered and experiencing many unpleasant symptoms.

Food was good like always but service was not good. Lady in the front with thick mascara was just rude. I got there right when they opened and she already had an attitude. Like dam why are you mad so early in your shift. You literally just opened lol I'm sorry I want chicken wings at 10am haha

I had an online order and went in 5 mins before the order was supposed to be ready. I ended up waiting 10 mins until I got my order. I didn’t even mind, but the lady at the front counter with blonde hair gave me an extra ranch and a brownie which I did not order. I regret not getting her name, but she needs a promotion, raise, all of the above. Friendliest lady I have met, I saw her greeting guests and communicating with customers and the workers in the back. Food was good, can’t complain. I think what makes this place truly great is the service.

We ordered ahead to avoid waiting in line. Our orders were ready when we arrived. Our order was complete, which is worth mentioning because many businesses will forget to include an item or two. The place was so clean and open, we decided to eat at the restaurant. The food was perfect. I will definitely dine again.

CHARGED xtra $10 48hrs Later!! ...Stopped by Saturday late afternoon, ordered chicken sandwich combo, Mango Habanero to be exact! Bill finished at $9.69 theeeeennnn just now(Mon @ 2pm) I'm notified of "final payment was adjusted" to $19.38 !!! Wtf?? No answer to repeated calls, @wingstop let's fix this issue pls!! I'll be in to speak with the mngr ASAP

awful service bad experience I ask for a manager supposedly manager wasn't available, but was there her name is Angie she knew the situation that I had with her employee and totally ignored it she acted like she wasn't the manager at the moment really, really bad experience. Over a misunderstanding over a transaction so the point he got frustrated with me and threw my food towards the kitchen that was in the bag already to go because i order take out. Then the employee try to lie and said, I told him to shut up to cover his self. He really try to humiliate me in front of everybody. I really want to just get wings with my family and they really ruin my night I recommend do not go there. They do not deserve your service I don't at all. Please leave comments If you guys went through this what I went through with this employee he is Hispanic between his 30s and 40s that they do not want to give me his name and he did not give me a receipt.
