Whenever I am in the valley, and I want ceviche, I go to this place. This is the best ceviche in town. The new owner Mariah, has enhanced the menu with more food items which is great. They now serve tacos, tortas, and burritos. All the food is exemplary and made fresh. Very affordable prices. Mariah makes sure she is accommodating to her customers and makes certain your order is right before you leave. The place is clean and the decor is cool. Outdoor and indoor seating. Parking can be difficult due to the lot being small.

I absolutely love C-Viche Express! They now are under NEW management, new owner Mariah has a very pleasant aura and the best customer service! She made sure our meal was correct and gave us enough tapatio, chips, and tostadas a lot extra. I tried the chicken keto taco for the first time, and it was quite delicious! I love how they have a variety of food and great deals and breakfast. Further, they have taco Tuesday specials now since new ownership, which is 3 tacos for only $5.00. And many others specials! However, although it is new ownership, the ceviche is still the best in town, they kept the same recipe, flavor is unbelievable and addicting. Overall, it's a very busy lot but we'll worth it to look for a decent spot to park. It's very clean and side and they comprehend your order. They want to make sure your satisfied! Food is always fantastic here. Had ceviche, aguachiles, tacos, chilaquiles, and even the salsa is tasty. New owners implemented online menu, made the atmosphere better with less signage, gave his employees raises and is present doing all the work they are with them. His interest in improving the place for his customers and employees shows. I'll be back and I'll be recommending to family and friends. Keep up the good work ?

Decided to try this spot since my dad and I were in the mood for authentic Mexican food. Everything on the menu looked great, but we went with their most popular shrimp cocktail and campechana, along with chips and guacamole. There is indoor & outdoor seating available, which is nice and cozy since the restaurant is in the corner of the plaza. The food came out quickly and the service was great, with someone coming out plenty of times to check on us and see if we needed anything. We were served complimentary chips and salsa, which I didn't know or else I wouldn't have ordered the chips and guacamole. The guacamole was fresh and it's a nice portion well worth the price. The shrimp cocktail and campechana were pretty big and every spoonful had a good amount of seafood unlike other places I've tried.I wish I could give it the full 5 stars, but there seemed to be some flavor missing. I had to add some hot sauce and lime but it was still missing that authentic flavor that I expected, especially when I ordered their most popular dish. I would still come back because of the great service and to try something else off their menu.

Really good ceviche. I don't eat shrimp so I got the pescado. Look at the pic: plenty of fish and some fresh avocado for fat. I got it spicy and it had a nice bite (I think my taste buds are coming back post COVID).Looks like a family business and everyone is really friendly. I'll be back.

Wow! Prices have gone down and the food is better and they really give you your moneys worth. The coctel de camaron had just enough spice and it was loaded with shrimp. Definitely the place to eat for these super hot days. Cool down with a shrimp cocktail ?

Paper thin meat... I didn't even want to try it. On top of that I ordered two large ceviche containers and only got one tray semi filled with everything thrown together. Not worth the price, over paid to get a servicing for one person. Never again!
