I stopped by this Panda Express location to take advantage of my Tmobile Tuesday offer on the orange chicken. I found parking just fine in the plaza this place is in because I came before lunch. I set my order through the Panda Express app and chose a pickup time. I came 10 minutes early so they decided to just my order in front of me. The worker added way more rice than orange chicken so I didn't get much. At another Panda Express location, that worker would add more orange chicken than rice. The indoor dine in looks spacious and they have a lot of room inside. Got food poisoning last night after eating Beijing beef, orange chicken and there super greens , service was good but won't be returning throwing up all night at work was no fun .

I went to your Panda Express location 9008 Sepulveda Blvd North Hills, CA 91343 tonight at 9:45 and they were all sitting around inside eating, but the doors were closed. 3 other groups have come to eat and it was closed, while I've been sitting in front of the restaurant writing this email. They are all laughing and joking around like they could care less. The door says they are open till 10pm... not even close. HORRIBLE LOCATION always problems here, terrible staff

No problem with the food or service, BUT why did they include 15 sweet and sour sauce, 16 soy sauce, and 6 teriyaki sauce (I didn't order teriyaki chicken). Yes, in my on-line order I requested the sauces, but the amount I received is excessive. It will end up in the trash, unfortunately.

I got some food from this place... It always looks and smells good, no doubt about it, but it is actually disappointing when you eat it: their "chow mein" is very dried, and for sure it's very cheap; the meat in their dishes are unequivocally the cheapest in town, you'll know when you'll bite it, which I think is unacceptable since it looks like they will only give you a maximum of one ounce of meat in every mix... I have no idea if these facts are because of the demographics around... I should get some of their food in another of their locations... Will see

Every location I visited consistently has the same qualities. The restaurant is kept clean and organized and the employees are courteous and very efficient. All this combined with the many choices in their menu and short wait time makes it an easy choice for a quick meal on a busy day.
