My order was all wrong, I ordered Duo combo, lettuce wrapped, plain with sautéed mushrooms and bacon on my protein... I got the burgers with regular buns, no sautéed mushrooms and cheese on both! Im allergic to dairy... needless to say I was not happy. I called to let them know and all the guy said was " Oh yeah sorry, I told the girl I didn't have sautéed mushrooms, sorry". Dude didn't even offer to rectify, annoying

My friends and I came to this BurgerIM last night. We tried another location in Van Nuys but they were already closed so we tried another restaurant across the street but they were closed as well so we just went to this BurgerIM location. When we walked in, there was no guest inside and they closed eating in. We got there 30 minutes before they were schedule to close so we were able to put in our orders. I ordered the 12 Buffalo wings but I was surprise that they charged for ranch (so if you asked for 3 ... you'll get charge for each one) So I didn't get any reach with my wings. It didn't take long for my order, they put it in a brown bag like a lunch bag with your name on it. I thought the wings were okay but it wasn't my favorite. I know this is a burger place so I'll try a burger next time if I go.

My friends and I came here for dinner since we tried 2 other places and they were closed. They closed dine in so its takeout or delivery. I ordered the 12 wings since I already had burgers for lunch. I was surprise to find out they charge for ranch. So I didn't get any because its per quantity and not overall price. I thought the wings are okay but it wasn't my favorite. I know this place is a burger place, so maybe if I ordered a burger I would've had a better experience. They put my order in a brown bag which remind me of like a lunch bag for school, especially when they put my name on it.

Super disappointed with my first Burgerim experience. I live in the neighborhood and was psyched to try the place out. I placed my order and sat down to wait while two guys in the kitchen prepped my order. One guy had a beard and was not wearing a mask. The other guy, an older man with grey hair, had a mask over his mouth but not his nose. Not a huge deal, and I was excited to try to place, so I decided to wait it out. The guys started talking back and forth, with I imagine only increases the possibility of an airborne virus like COVID being spread or landing on my food. The older guy pulled his mask down so it was under his chin as they spoke, and, at one point, had his mask down while he was talking on a cell phone cradled in his shoulder while he was handling my food. That was my tipping point. I told the woman who had taken my order I wanted to cancel it because the guys preparing it were not wearing masks. She told the bearded guy, who came out to process my refund. He said he had asthma, and that's why he wasn't wearing a mask. I thought that was kind of weird because when I arrived, they were sitting at a table outside in their Burgerim shirts and one of them was smoking, but I didn't press it. I also have asthma, which is why I am super careful about COVID. He also said the other guy had been wearing his mask while he was making my food, and I told them I had been watching the whole time, and he quickly backed off his claim. The bearded guy did not know how to process a refund on my credit card, so he paid me cash, which I was fine with. I would still be up for trying Burgerim sometime but not at this location.

Absolutely incredible. At first I was welcomed with top notch customer service. It was my first time here not knowing what to expect but I loved everything about this place. The impossible burger was perfectly made, very delicious. I would highly recommend this place to everybody. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Excellent Food, excellent service. Options are healthy, tasty and filling! I recommend the Spanish style and turkey burger. They also have the family style option which is so affordable which gave me and my friends to try all the different sliders. You must try !!!!!

I was genuinely impressed!!! While my fiancé commented on the wings not being up to par with the burgers, I loved everything we ordered. He got the jalapeño burger with onion rings and chicken wings. Of course I tried it all. The Jalapeño burger was bomb. The wings were bomb. The onion rings were bomb. I ordered a classic cheeseburger and added jalapeños to it, made it a meal with coke and fries. The fries were thin cuts like chips and sooooo good! I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed the fries. For me, what took the cake though were the burgers. Both of them looked and tasted amazing. Reminded me a of a homemade burger and it doesn't get better than that. The price point was very good. We over ordered as per usual and our bill was under 35$! Which is boiling down to in n out prices in a sit down restaurant. I will also remark that the staff is taking extreme measures to meet Covid-19 regulations and be as sanitary as possible. They are maintaining social distancing. Have setup tables outside for customers who would prefer to be in open air. They closed out every other booth in order to maintain 6 feet even between the booths. They were all wearing masks the entire time. And sanitize the counters after each customer. Long story short, I'll be back.
Great flavorful juicy burgers! Big fan of the trio because I get to mix and match flavors and toppings and meats and cheeses of my choice. WARNING! I can honestly say I enjoy eating at BurgerIm. They have such unique burgers that is difficult to find at other burger joints!! Have been coming here ever since they've opened & I cannot complain. Avetis always makes me feel welcome and he caters to all his customers needs. If you're in the neighborhood and lookin for a good, mouth watering burger, stop here!! Definitely try their wings!!! They're amazing along with all their burgers/sandwiches

I've been coming here since they've opened and have yet to try something that wasn't amazing! You can tell how much care and attention Avo has put in to provide their customers with the best care. Hygiene issues & selling products that aren't typical of restaurant standards are what lead me to leave a negative review. I understand that not everyone takes the COVID-19 pandemic seriously but a fairly well known establishment serving food should seriously consider OSHA & CDC recommendations. The crew cooking in the back can be seen easily, had no masks on, although they did have gloves. I get it - while cooking it gets warm and it's uncomfortable wearing the masks, but with restaurants just re-opening I've seen plenty of places at least trying to put a proper front up. The gentleman taking orders also didn't have his mask on when taking the order of the person ahead of me, but he did put it on upon seeing myself and person behind me both wearing our masks. There also appeared to be many family members/friends that were dining and continuously going into the center area and grabbing items they wanted for their table, and returning again without using any hand hygiene. Lastly, I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake. The guy said "we don't have tops for the cups yet" I didn't mind, I get it they just reopened. What I received was a frozen store bought pre-made one. This pre-made shake that had a plastic top ripped off once it was pulled from the freezer. It didn't even taste good. I asked the guy if it was pre-made and frozen. I acknowledged that it didn't taste good and I could see the outline of the core as it melted. He nodded that it was. I asked if I could get a cup for a drink and he said yes and apologized. I honestly hate leaving negative reviews but this just didn't sit well with me. Lots of other places in NoHo are trying their best to wear face masks, practice proper hand hygiene and be honest about the food shortages. Hopefully this feedback is helpful and they can adapt their practices a bit.
