I was in the mood for a particular type of burger and when I did a quick google maps search I found Smashin Buns. I gave it a shot and headed over- it turns out it is a ghost kitchen located inside of Urban Skillet, (same owner). The only menu is available online. This is honestly the best brisket sandwich and burger I have ever had IN MY LIFE!!! And I have had a lot of both! The brisket has more of a pulled pork consistency and it is unreal with that in house slaw and potato bun. Smash style burgers are also my top fave kind of burger and they do it exactly how I would dream of it being done. They are also not your usual slider size. Came here with my girls during our trip to LA and the food was amazing! The cashier was so nice and helpful the whole time. The fries and burgers were delicious, the Mac and cheese was okay but still nice.
