This Denny's is located in Burbank next to a few good hotels. Parking is easy and free. The place is kept very clean. It is not a new Denny's but it is kept up. I enjoy the area around there as well. The service is very good. The staff is friendly and will usually get your order right the first time. I have had a couple of issues with breakfast being overcooked, but that is rare and has nothing to do with the servers. We love their breakfast. Though we are usually a fan of Denny's this one was a huge disappointment. It was a Friday evening and there was no one waiting to be seated which should have been a clue. We stood there for over 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged . The first menu I was handed was filthy with food stuck all over it!
