OK, Here's my vote for the best tuna melt in town and why! I've had several different combos of bread or cheese here but my favorite is on FRESH sourdough toast with swiss cheese! It doesn't come heavily toasted and greasy. Instead, nice and lightly toasted on very FRESHLY made sourdough. It crunches when you bite into it, but is light.
