Situated in the middle of a busy strip mall, parking can be tricky. My first visit here was on a rainy Sunday afternoon. When you first enter, grab a tray and browse the many pastries and small sandwiches, pre-wrapped and ready to eat. We grabbed a few and then headed over to the register to pay and order drinks. When coming in, there's so many sweets to choose from and the cake display from the windows just makes me want to taste them all. And their variety of beverages are simply amazing and delicious that I can't wait to come back again!

I think it is neutral at this Northridge location, they are not bad, but not the best either. Customer service is also neutral. My hubby and I usually come by here in the evenings when we are waiting to be seated at another restaurant. I can say, there are plenty are place to park, on the bright side.
