So disappointed..I picked up an order today and the total was $12.03. I paid the guy, I think his name was Ramiro. I gave him $15 and 3 cents. He gave me back $2 and said he didn't have any more cash. And just starred at me. Expecting me to just leave $1 short. I was like what? Like no quarters or anything? And he just starred and said no. Now if I had time or if he was even a little bit sorry about it, I would have been like no worries keep the change. But he just rudely looked at me expecting me to just accept the fact that they didn't have a dollar. Who doesn't have a dollar? I used to love this place but not anymore. SHAME ON YOU for using your customers like that.

Food is great, but service is consistently slow. This has always been the case even pre-covid. Be prepared to sit for a looooooooong time. I don't recommend coming here if you are having a fight with your significant other, unless you enjoy long, uncomfortable silences. When the food finally does come put, it's really good. Our waitress was excellent, but the person who sat us overlooked that we didn't have silverware or napkins.

I think people are delusional and the people who come into the open bar have no common sense especially the woman who tried to approach you in this bars guys stay away don’t drown your life in a couple water was a big seat and had Barry. It’s just night last night so I don’t know she she said she was a psychiatrist therapist with anger management, no common sense of what they said no more just to go back and drink her alcoholic bottle or cheapest one for food for less. She thought she was high drinking a Food 4 Less bottle. This woman are delusional.

Stood at the front for 7 min. No host. Sat at the bar for another 10 minutes, asked the manager for service at 5, and walked out without even being greated. Nobody is working on shift at lunch on a weekend/holiday. Would not recommend this location

I try not to leave bad reviews but I can't stop thinking about my visit today at this CPK. I wasn't expecting much as it is a chain restaurant, but wow! It was not great. My friend and I felt rushed to order which was no big deal - we just took a moment anyway and decided on one drink each, an appetizer, and two entrees to share. The food was delivered to our table quickly which was a plus! But, almost immediately after we got our entree, our server asked us if we were going to order any more drinks or food because they were about to clock out? I still don't understand why we couldn't have just had our server switched. I had only taken two sips of my drink, how would I know if I would want another one... In terms of the food, it got cold so so quickly because we were right under an a/c vent. The corn guacamole was a huge disappointment, the avocado was OLD and BROWN (see photo). I can't help but laugh when I think about my visit here. Definitely learned my lesson! Won't be back ....

Meet a girlfriend after work for dinner. It was cool and rainy that day. The waiter was very tentative and courteous. I had the two bowl soup - split pea and tomato I believe. We shared some egg rolls which were very different and tasty. If you haven't been there in awhile I would recommend checking them out. They are giving customers a card to win something, it can only be opened by a CPK manager. They do have an expiration date on them.

Came to this CPK location for a fundraiser. My family ordered 3 pizzas, two of them we asked for no cilantro and no oregano, the third had no alterations to it. About 10 minutes into waiting our server said the kitchen had accidentally put the seasoning on the pizzas we requested they not, so they were re-firing the pizzas. No problem. The pizzas come out. My families pizzas (the ones that had been re-cooked) were nice and hot and steamy. My pizza - was cold, like just out of the fridge cold. I guess when they cooked the make up pizzas they had mine on the side next to the ice for the soda machines. My family had enough time to finish their pizzas before the server ever came to check on us. I was going to ask for a new one, but not if everyone was almost done with theirs. They kindly took the pizza off the check but I won't be coming to this location again. Wouldn't you think if you're going to remake more than 50% of a tables order that maybe you just remake EVERYBODY'S Order so that the food is nice and hot? Why would you ever serve a cold pizza and think, "Eh. The customer will never know." Never going to this CPK again. I guess CPK means COLD Pizza Kitchen.
