I finally decided to get something from Auntie Anne when I was inside Northridge mall. It been a while for me but when we walked past it, I saw the Pepperoni Pretzel nuggets and wanted to try it. When we walked past it the first time, there was a long line so we went to visit some other stores first. When we came back, the line was gone and I was able to order right away. Did a large catering order for our doctors at the hospital, there were multiple issues with the order none of which were the actual locations fault but rather the online ordering process that auntie Anne's corporate has set up. I reached out to their corporate customer help number out of desperation and was called back immediately by the franchise owner of the location I ordered from, Linda. The only reason this is a five star rated review is because Today is 4/26. National Pretzel Day! If you have the Auntie Anne's app you can get a free pretzel. Food. Delicious. Gone in 90 seconds. Staff were nice, courteous. The vibe was the sometimes noisy mall. Great snack plain original pretzel!
