Claim Jumper Steakhouse & Bar offers delicious food but some customers experienced slow service. Despite not being busy, the staff seemed inattentive, with long waits for attention. Some food items were disappointing, like dry chicken and small soup portions. The house salad was average compared to past experiences. Additionally, customers were not happy with the added 3% service charge. On the positive side, the Choose 2 meal option was highly recommended for its tender and flavorful dishes.
