I haven't been to Cold Stone in probably 15 years. The chocolate ice cream this time tasted like it was flavored artificially, and the waffle cone bowl was stale. Also, I remember in the past they mixed fresh strawberries into the ice cream, but not anymore... This time they mixed in strawberries in some processed syrup. I won't be going to Cold Stone again.

1 star for these incompetent owners who are too cheap to get Apple Pay and instead put a sign on the door saying “NO APPLE PAY!” while this business is located in a college town with a lot of students who use Apple Pay.

Two stars because the price honestly this place is one star. I got the court which I normally buy at the Lake Balboa store and it's $4 more here. And then when they made the ice cream whatever is left over they didn't give me the extra like the Lake Balboa store does. So not only are they more expensive there don't give you the extra which is hardly anything but still I paid for the ice cream whatever they make I should get no? So they're expensive and cheap I don't recommend going to the store because of they charge more and they don't give you the extra

Unfortunately I had bad experience the cones are stale and the inexperienced employees can't mix the toppings also I think the Ice cream dose not have the correct temperature I found tons of ice chips inside

I've cream is always delicious, but I went here wanting a milkshake, and they didn't have milk to make a milkshake. That was a bit annoying for a place that is a "creamery". The wait can be a long if you go at a peak time. My husband and I probably wouldn't have waited if we didn't have my niece & nephew with us. (They would have been too disappointed.) Staff seems friendly enough though.

The ice cream was fine, but the shop smelled heavily of cleaning product. My waffle cone even tasted like cleaning product. I may not return to this location.

We ordered the 6 pack of ice cream cupcakes. Not at all what we expected from ICE CREAM CUPCAKES. About 1-1/2 tablespoons of cake, 1-1/-2 tablespoons of ice cream, topped worth 4-5 tablespoons whipped cream. NOT COOL.

Always yummy!Great location. Parking close can be tough during the day as there is a grocery store, western bagel, and Halloween store just next door.Staff is always polite and friendly.Birthday cake remix never let's me down, but I dis sample the new Barbie flavor.

What a horrible experience there's three people behind the counter to people helping one lady and I'm standing there for 15 minutes for a smoothie the guy then makes a mistake on my smoothie and runs to the back to remake it again I was fed up and left horrible customer service one guy standing there watching two people run around with her heads off

I visit this location because the staff is always so pleasant to interact with. They are always happy, smiling and ready to work. They interact with you and ask all the right questions. I leave a tip every time, they earn it..and deserve it.
