I hate to leave a bad review. However the one at Topanga does a deal for Buy 6 get 2 for free. I thought it was the same here. I was going to buy 6 and the employee told me I could only get 1 for free. I ended up only getting 3.They tasted like they were on display all day. Tasted very stale and did not taste like the ones I have from Topanga. I love the cookies there but it was a let down for Northridge. I'm very disappointed and will only go to Topanga for now.
Came here to satisfy a cookie craving. I was assisted by a guys whose name I didn't get but he was very friendly and professional. The cookies were as fresh and yummy as I hoped they'd be. Will be back soon.

This morning I called Mrs. fields in Northridge to order a cake for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was a little bit of a miscommunication with the person who I spoke to although he did try hard.
