“The only reason this is a five star rated review is because Today is 4/26. National Pretzel Day! If you have the Auntie Anne's app you can get a free pretzel. Food. Delicious. Gone in 90 seconds. Staff were nice, courteous. The vibe was the sometimes noisy mall. Great snack plain original pretzel!“

“It's good for a quick bite. Service is fast, and the servers are pretty friendly despite what I see in the reviews. Some of the food is already prepared for serving so you usually don't have to wait too long; the pizza bits are always a good choice and I tried the new frozen horchata and it was pretty good too!“

“Love the nostalgia of getting a pretzel in the mall. It was a regular thing I did in high school with my friends. I wanted a jalapeño pretzel so I waited for custom order. Didn't take long. Turned out very well. Lots of seating and people watching. Upscale atmosphere. Topanga Canyon is my favorite mall. The pretzel definitely satisfied my cravings. I love adding a sauce to dip. I used jalapeños cheese sauce.“

“pretzels are the bomb !! also don’t listen to the dude who left a 1 star review because they didn’t take a $100 bill… everyone and their mother knows its d*** to try to pay for a small order with a huge bill… no matter the business you go to, they can’t give you back proper change because cashier drawers start at a certain rate when places open. throwing a baby tantrum bc one place can’t give you enough change but another can (probably bc they have different drawer starter $) is a very immature thing to leave a bad review about and has nothing to do with Auntie Anne’s and probably everything to do with the guy who probably tried to pay for like one pretzel with a bill that is COMMONLY hard to break at small vendors (sincerely, someone who knew this info after less than a day in the food industry)“
