“I ordered cake from this bakery solely based off Yelp reviews and they did NOT disappoint. I ordered a 2 tier'd round with rhinestones at the base for my mom's 60th birthday! I will admit, I was shocked when I came to pick up the cake and it was was given to me with no top, transporting was tricky even with a passenger! Needless to say, we made it to our destination w/2 tiers in tact and ready to be decorated by our florist! My top tier was chocolate and bottom was marble. It was moist & delicious for DAYS after. My family usually orders from Torrance Bakery, but Joyce will be our new bakery home!“
“I was desperately looking for a place to order some cookies for my son's school Christmas party. We needed large gingerbread shaped cookies for decorating. But I needed mine to be eggless bc of his egg allergy. Everyone I called said I needed to order a week in advance. Gladis not only made themonly a day in advance, but she adjusted the ingredients to make them eggless!! They came out beautifully and everyone loved them! I had a taste and think they actually taste better than the normal cookies with egg. I will 1000% will be placing many more orders with her. She was quite literally an answered prayer. 10/10 would recommend!“
“After a rainy day at work, I was really looking forward to a movie night with my girlfriend with some pan Dulce and hot chocolate. I looked up panaderias near my house and this place came up. The yelp reviews were amazing so OF COURSE i had to check it out. It's 3 minutes down the street, so we got there quick. At first I was leery because there was a homeless guy standing outside but he was actually very sweet, opening the door to everyone and letting them in and not asking for anything. That was so kind. The inside of the store was neat and everything was well organized. All of their pan dulces looked so good it was very hard to pick. But we got 2 chocolate conchae, a pink concha, a pink cookie, a guava empanada thing, and a strawberry & cream filled pastry. The service was quick and they were very polite and helpful. They also have cakes and they looked beautiful! The pan was so moist and soft and fluffy. I personally like when my con has have little cinnamon bits inside but these didn't but They were still great, I loved that the chocolate concha actually tasted like chocolate on top and not just brown colored sugar. I will definitely be returning to give their other flavors and variety of breads a try. Also, they had flan that looked so good! I've got to try it. Parking was easy since it's a decent size lot, and it is cash only so come prepared. Each pan was under $2 depending on which one you got prices varied between $1 to $2. But they're well worth the price.“

I come here for the 2E Turkey sandwhich, no jalapeño with avocado and an orange juice but I always come back for the hospitality and welcomes from these sweet people. ? ? ?“
“This is such a cute and cozy place! I came here for a casual chat and hangout with my friend and ordered a hot chocolate chai milk tea and a warmed cheddar jalapeño scone. Both were insanely delicious ? Service was a little lacking, especially compared to what I read in others' reviews, but I'll definitely be back for more!“
