This is the third time this month they messed up on my order. The manager Alex was rude, there was two people that had complaints in line before me and one after me that they messed up on the order. We're waiting longer than 15 minutes for simple burritos and tacos, one of them said that he wanted his money back and when I said something to the manager about the complaints she said "if they're hungry they can wait people wait a lot longer and she and didn't care, they can wait...read full review
Visited the oakdale branch. Asked if the had the Encherito, no she said. I asked if could get a burrito with beef and beans, and could I have some red sauce to pour over it and a plastic spoon/fork to eat it with. She said Ok. I thanked her and said that’s a Encherito. She was dumbfounded.
