Came here for date night. It’s a small dining room which is cozy but goes to show how important lighting can be during a dining experience. It was very dark inside while sun was brightly reflecting inside, almost blinding. The pasta and veggies were delicious! The salad was too dry for my taste.
Certainly the best Italian food in the Bay, and among the best of restaurants I’ve visited in Italy. It’s usually booked at regular mealtimes but if you go for a late lunch in the afternoon you can get a seat easily. I love the spaghetti, the mushroom pasta, and the duck

We kind of ended up here on a fluke and with empty stomachs. We weren't into the experience just wanted the food. Our server, Toni, was accommodating about all of our reasonable ( and less reasonable) requests. We sat in a corner quite close to our neighbors but it wasn't too bad. The sound quality in their space makes it so you don't get bombarded but a lot of loud clanging.
