Good place to buy banh mi in the area. The nice gentleman and lady here are super nice. My go to is their combo and you can request to put the veggies on the side, and cut the sandwich in half if you're not going to eat them right away. This helps when you heat them in your toaster oven so you can add the veggies after. They also sell ready made Vietnamese drink desserts like the Three Red beans. yummy sandwich and iced coffee. Was Done in 5 minutes. I got the meat pate combo. They don't have the fancy grilled chicken rolling in the back or the carved pork but that's why it's not $22 but $12.

Gotta come for the pork buns , croissants and hot dog buns. All the food was yummy! The price is wonderful but I need to return to try the bah mi! Cool staff not the most ambiance but for the price it was a wonderful experience!!!!!
