We love this location! They're consistently good. There was a huge line which is outdoors and even though it was raining we happily waited with everyone else. Had to get my fav matcha smoothie with red bean and grass jelly! When in Oakland!
Summer weather = sipping lots of refreshing drinks! I was in Chinatown having dim sum, and wanted to grab boba after lunch to cool me down. There are so many choices in this area; I counted eight boba shops within a 500 feet radius from where I was standing. Ultimately I ended up going to i-Tea, which is a chain with about a dozen locations in NorCal (and Tempe, AZ). They are pretty consistent with their drinks, I used to stop by their Fresno cafe frequently on the way to Yosemite....read full review

It would be better to give the option for the drinks to be sugar-free if the customer prefers so that they are healthier.The attention at checkout is good and fast, as is the delivery of your order.Being there to have your drink or tea is not so comfortable and pleasant the place.There are usually good areas to park, it is not pleasant to go with children.There is access for people with physical limitations.
