I wanted to try this place for a while. It was the worst boba I had in years. I couldn't even taste any tea. It tasted like water, sugar and creamer, but no trace of tea. The Boba was Okay, but rather chewy, I will not be returning here again. Waste of money & so disappointing.

I love coming to this boba shop when I'm visiting Oakland. It's in a convenient location in Chinatown and the service is quick. You walk about two feet into the door and order from the window and wait outside. I've gotten fruit teas and milk teas, and it's nice that the boba is chewy. You can choose the level of sweetness and ice as well. Favorite fruit tea is the mango. The mango is always sweet! I get the creme brûlée boba milk tea with 50% sweetness and half ice. Highly recommend both!

summary: pretty solid and worth-the-value boba place My recent visit to this restaurant indeed confirmed that they have quite a fine selection of boba on their menu. The offerings were not just your usual boba teas, but there was an array of choices that are somewhat captivating, even to someone as accustomed to boba as me. I felt they definitely paid attention to providing variety and ensuring the flavor profiles would suit a wide range of customers. As for the boba itself, it was impressive in its goodness. Each sip revealed the fresh taste of well-prepared boba, hitting the sweet spot between chewy and soft. Even though there weren't any custom options available, the existing choices were adequate in quenching my thirst for a good boba drink. The service was remarkably prompt, something I deeply appreciated. There was scarcely any wait time, despite the place buzzing with other boba lovers like myself. The staff seemed efficient, accommodating, and courteous, thus contributing positively to the overall dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was casual and relaxing, further heightening the pleasing experience. The décor was pleasingly simple, yet modern, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy your drink. Overall, it might not have been an excessively unique experience, but the combination of the quality boba, swift service, and a relaxing atmosphere made for a truly enjoyable visit.

It would be better to give the option for the drinks to be sugar-free if the customer prefers so that they are healthier. The attention at checkout is good and fast, as is the delivery of your order.Being there to have your drink or tea is not so comfortable and pleasant the place. There are usually good areas to park, it is not pleasant to go with children. There is access for people with physical limitations.

I stopped by this location after doing some shopping in Chinatown, and got a milk tea. It came out quick, and the quality was consistent to other locations I've been to. This is a great place to go if you're in a rush or need a quick boba fix.

We love this location! They're consistently good. There was a huge line which is outdoors and even though it was raining we happily waited with everyone else. Had to get my fav matcha smoothie with red bean and grass jelly! When in Oakland!

Just today October 15, we ordered one B6 and 1 B2, the B6 is ok, but B2 matcha milk tea is really a mess, tasted like you leave it outside the fridge for 3 days and put it back to sale it, it actually stale. The f*** up thing is my kid drank it too. I called them and they made me wait 15 mins then just hung up.

Summer weather = sipping lots of refreshing drinks! I was in Chinatown having dim sum, and wanted to grab boba after lunch to cool me down. There are so many choices in this area; I counted eight boba shops within a 500 feet radius from where I was standing. Ultimately I ended up going to i-Tea, which is a chain with about a dozen locations in NorCal (and Tempe, AZ). They are pretty consistent with their drinks, I used to stop by their Fresno cafe frequently on the way to Yosemite. It's a very, very tiny storefront near Webster and 10th. The entrance is on the outer edge of the Pacific Renaissance Plaza shopping center, facing the street. There's no seating at all, with enough room to place and pick up orders only. The menu is large, it rivals The Cheesecake Factory. Plenty of milk teas, fruit teas, traditional teas, sea salt drinks, slushes, "teaspressos", etc. to choose from. The default cup size is also pretty large, and I appreciate that toppings are 50 cents each while other places are increasing their add-ons to 65-95 cents. Some drinks already come with toppings, which will be listed on the menu. B1. Signature Boba Milk Tea was too heavy on the milk; very creamy with just a hint of tea flavor. Sweetness level was fine and the boba had a decent bounciness to it. Prices are very reasonable for the drinks they serve and the amount they give! Check-in using the Yelp app to get one free topping!
